OMG!! You've got to be kidding. All that happened to you on the way to a wedding! I hope your car isn't totaled. Or maybe if you have good insurance, I should hope that it is. These things are never clear cut.
The mistake with the two towns is totally understandable. How many cedars are there in Iowa, anyway, that they need to name two towns after them??

Insurance covers liability if you're in a crash, but not if the car suffers a catastrophic failure on the side of the road. I might be able to get my insurance to write off the vehicle since we do have comprehensive coverage, but that's doubtful at best given what I went through on Saturday. Roadside assistance would only tow the car 15 miles! I had to spend another $45 to get it to the shop.
And I love that euphemism. That sums it up perfectly!
