🌍ECOTRAIN QOTW 8.4: IF NOT YOU THEN WHO || AN ORIGINAL SONG BY JAYDR. (⏳5:11)

This is my first Ecotrain question of the week to participate in and I seem to be doing it just the way I was inspired to. A song.

This song "if not you" was dropped in my mind while I was reading the prompt post. I was gonna turn it into a poem or a write up but as a song writer I know when a song comes and well not to cover it. This one came with all its package.

The topic really stirred me to think about very serious cases that happened in our Society where people do not always do what they ought to and it ends up affecting everyone.

It all begins from the place of inaction, when Good Men do not do what they have to do evil will prevail when evil prevails those who suffer the most at the little ones.

There are things we need to decide to take into action just because of the Next Generation. There are decisions I have made and paths I have chosen to Trail because of those were coming after me because of those who are looking up to me.

I do not want to let down the next generation when they ask me why I did not do some things and why I did not take decisions.

So I choose to be active, I choose to do what I have to do when I have to do it, I choose to reconcile with my humility and humble myself down to learn what I have to learn and to take up what I have to take up because posterity looks up to me.

As A Doctor, I choose to see to the proper care of patients in my care and stick with the code of conduct and also update myself with the best of skills all over the world.

I also thought of the Politics of my country, how that many people have given their trust to various leaders to take care of what becomes there are lots in government and what decisions they would decide should be what the people want.

But this has not been so because the direct opposite of which is what happens most of the time the leaders are no longer leaders but they are rulers and many of them are inactive needless to say impotwnt to decide the direction of the people who voted them into power.

How did we get here?
How did things hurt this bad? what could have been done what if somebody did something they needed to have done at the time they needed to have done it and what if things will be better than they are?

Writing this song also led me to think about a certain Queen who once lived from being a slave to being in the palace. Her name was Esther she had an uncle call Mordecai and Mordecai raised her up until an occasion called for her to be presented before the king as a bride and as a Queen.

At that time the Hebrew nation threatened to be animated by the wicked people their glory was all planned they had all the good in your power and no one was likely to stop then but but Mordecai called-out to the Queen Esther and I asked one question "who knows if you are in this position for such a time as this".

Many people hold offices of authority and power but never really use it for positive influence. Power is best used to improve the state of Life of people and never to brag about it all day. If Esther did not rise up to make that decision that nation will be nothing to write home about today but because she went before the king and ask him to do Justice hand have Messi on the people this won't be the story of Israel as written in the book of Esther in the Bible.

People will suffer if you don't make that decision people blame you if you don't do that thing we have to do right now. Stop procrastination, stop shifting responsibility, if not you then who? If not now then when?
