Hello Afritunes people and lovers of African music. I m glad to join the flow this week doing African songs with you all.
This week I m doing an old tune from Nigeria for those who can remember him, Ise Orin by ADOL.
Ise Orin is a classic Nigerian song that was released in 2006 by the talented ADOL. The song was an instant hit and has remained popular among music lovers in Nigeria and beyond. It tells the story of a musician who uses his music to inspire and uplift people and considers that to be his destiny. Recently I watched a program with such a story which was why this song came to mind.

I had always admired ADOL, and doing a cover of one of his songs is a cool thing.

When I first listened to Ise Orin, I was struck by the soulful melody, the beautiful lyrics, and the message of hope and inspiration it conveys.

Recording the cover of Ise Orin was an easy experience. As I sang the lyrics and played the guitar, I felt a deep connection to the music and the message it conveys. Overall, doing a cover of Ise Orin was a rewarding experience for me as an artist. It gave me the opportunity And most importantly, it allowed me to pay homage to one of the young Nigerian musicians, but then I m not sure where he is now.
