Howdy sir johannpiber! Well, you'll have to let me know how you do it when you move your steem out of steemit.
Those links basically say to send your steem to ionomy and then they start giving instructions but I don't know how to send the steem anywhere. lol. Once I get in an exchange like Binance then I'm ok. Or ionomy, it sounds pretty easy.

Good morning @janton 🙂

Well, when you transfer your Steem to ionomy or another exchange which takes Steem then they are out of Steemit. But it works about the same with Binance and if you have a Binance account this might be easier for you, but don't take me for granted.

  • Log in to your Binance account
  • Go to Wallet / Spot Wallet
  • Search for Steem in the list
  • A message will appear telling you that you need a deposit address AND a memo - click on OK
  • Write down / copy paste the deposit address and the memo
  • Go to your wallet on steemit.com and from the STEEM dropdown menu, select "Transfer"
  • Copy/Paste the deposit address and the memo from into the appropriate form fields
  • If everything is correct click on "Submit"
  • After a few minutes your Steem should appear in your Binance Wallet where you can begin to trade/exchange to Bitcoin...

BUT
No Exchange Steem seems to be accepting at the moment - neither Ionomy nor Binance. There was a Hardfork happening yesterday and now it is all a bit weird and confusing. I am glad that I could get about half of my Steem out, but I would like to have the rest changed to Bitcoin too.

Oh, I understand now. The hardfork messed things up and stopped us from being able to transfer our steem out. Maybe it will be a temporary situation. Thanks for the great instructions!

I do hope it is only temporary, because I have still a lot of Steem in my accounts which I would love to exchange to real money or at least into Bitcoin, because that's the money I have actually invested from my real money ... and I want it back 😭

I agree sir johannpiber and with the price of Bitcoin supposedly going to go very high in the future it sounds like a good investment.

Yes, let's hope for a big raise of the Bitcoin, hopefully not now though, but in a few weeks when all my Steem have been changed to Bitcoin ;)

Me too sir johannpiber! I was reading different articles last week about all the money and major financial institutions which are pouring tens of billions of dollars into blockchains and crypto, it's amazing.

One of the top analysts said that the firm who handles all the trades on the American stock exchange was getting ready to invest 10 Trillion dollars into crypto in the next ten years! lol.

Someone else is coming out with crypto credit cards which cannot be hacked and all kinds of great things are coming in the near future. It's very interesting to see the technology advances too. I think the world is an interesting place. lol.

That's right, the world is an interesting place, and as I wrote in the other comment, I really hope that especially our believes in the Hive will be rewarded one day just a little bit 🙂

I don't post that much anymore, because in Summer I prefer to be somewhere else but at the computer, and at work I don't have that much time anymore ;)

Oh, I can stop - this crisis helped me by demotivating me 😉
I'm posting only 2 or three times a week and think that's enough for now. Maybe I'll post more often when the weather is bad or in Winter, but I can't say that now.

Yeah, I think this whole situation has demotivated me a lot - before it was quite easy for me to find a daily theme and spend hours in photo editing and posting.

I am sure that the country will come back stronger than ever. I know the U.S. will. I don't think there will be a second wave so I don't think our lives will be much different. We'll just be prepared for the next pandemic... if there is one in our lifetime.

But what you need is an online program that will make you money automatically without working for it and everything will be great. lol..JUST teasing! lol.

Such a program would be great, but as nothing is really free in this life, there will be no easy money without working, unless you have millions which work for you 😉

Howdy sir johannpiber! I am willing to bet that I am right about there not being a second wave but I don't know what to bet. Maybe some beer!

There are some great passive earning programs like the bitcoin market AI trading bot program. It has been exhaustively examined by some of the toughest technical analysts and big companies and they continue to operate in a transparent and stellar manner and are also making many people very rich. And there is no work involved so it is very easy money indeed.

The work comes first to earn the money to invest though, that can be hard. lol. And I have high hopes for the weshareabundance company because of their heart to help lift people out of poverty. Especially in this time the world needs more of that kind of help and giving and spirit.

Easy money without work sounds nice and I hope all your expectations will come true, @janton 🙂 I have heard and seen too much in my life to still believe there's something you get for free, apart from the air that we breathe, but there are many places where even fresh air is rare.

I agree sir johannpiber, nothing is free. These passive income programs take alot of money invested if you really want to make the big money! But it is easy once you invest it.
