WE299 || Social media, in excess, is not very sociable...

Hello everyone, for this edition I choose question 2 ❓ and of course the news and everything that comes through the media influence our feelings, and thoughts.
So that's why I'm very careful, that my thoughts regarding something that happens or is about to happen, only come from my criteria, and not from the constant sowing of another line of thought... Oh no, that's okay, that's not because it exhausts my mental health.
When I go out on the street I go out without a cell phone.
In fact, sometimes I am half lost of everything that happens in my personal environment, when I do non-work activities, it is my blockage in my emotional defense about everything that comes through the screens, it is a non-negotiable reason to be able to do things that I like, for this, I stay away from the phone, networks, television, newspaper, and if I carry it, with me (the cell phone) it's only to monitor very specific personal situations...For example: is everything okay at home? , I'm almost there, do I need to buy something else for dinner? among other things.
Why am I walking away? Of that kind of influence...
Because there is a lot of smoke in the networks and from time to time you have to detox from the media. Sometimes my closest affections ask me for photos when I go out on the street and I don't have a phone, I don't take photos, I was separated from the networks for a while... Although no strategy, to get away from the whole, and from the media, is perfect.
I think I'm somehow doing the same thing as one of my sons, who lives in London at the moment, does; whenever he goes out to enjoy outdoor activities, he walks around with his old (Vintage) snapshot camera.
Nice weekend engagement 🌞 Janitze.
