No GPS, no location ...

I love the crossings, sometimes some have been errant, those where you have to travel without knowing where you're going, because it's a surprise, and before this weekend experience, that's when the confusion loaded with a lot of morning adrenaline invades me. It's a tasty confusion of my existence without GPS, without possible localization.

Having a noble, profound goal that shakes you up every day and keeps you focused, changes your life and relieves me of the mortification of everyday life.

That's why today, TBT Thursday, I share openly in this community what makes me fall madly in love with this man who above all is and has always been an exemplary father...my husband.

It is of that generation that believes in children continuing their legacy, so instead of being engineers, they play violin or are surfers, which is not the case, but well, our children have professions, jobs. They are independent and have built a life of their own.

Just like we do, we travel whenever we can, we are adventurous and we are no longer kids.

Escape...

He, my husband, asked me to accompany him to the capital of our country for some work meetings, I packed my suitcase and we left.

And it turns out that the surprise was that it was not the capital of my country, nor the work plan. It was a romantic weekend in Bogota, with my love, which we enjoyed to the fullest.

After 47 years together, we are closer than ever. I wish that these romantic moments as a couple last for no reason, because that makes them more special. Fortunately, at this point in our lives, two of us are going on a trip and three of us are not coming back because at least I am no longer in the stage of having more children hahaha, in the case of my husband until the end of his life.

The Monserrate Hill, is the best known in Bogotá. The Basilica of the Lord of Monserrate has been a place of religious pilgrimage since colonial times and is a natural, prayer and gastronomic attraction of the city.

Bogotá has become in recent years the most fashionable destination in South America. There are plenty of reasons for it: a variety of impressive ecosystems, incredible landscapes, a wonderful city full of history, culture, traditions, fauna, flora, and of course, sub-tasty, colorful and famous gastronomy full of flavors and a lot of Latin American heart.

I love "Ajiaco" every time I go to Colombia, it is a delicious traditional Colombian soup, which is made with a mixture of beef or sheep meat, finely chopped, cooked with potatoes, seasoned with garlic and onions.

During this romantic weekend getaway, we took the opportunity to visit some places in this beautiful Colombian city, it was wonderful because once again it felt like a honeymoon in the autumn of our lives and once again it is proven that love never ends, it transforms, it is how energy.

Love has stages, we butterfly lovers keep feeling them in our belly (stomach) they grow and climb to the head... they transform into admiration and unique feelings!!

That's what it's all about, this escape without GPS, just having noble goals. Superiors. Transformers. What we have here is a husband who has never given up on that goal. I don't know if love is blue, green or orange, but what I do know is that love at this age is a delight, it is serene without conflicts, because quarrels only wear out.

I understood that this surprise was only to find spaces of solitude when we need them and company when we need it.

Well, enjoy it... even in love we fill the people around us with hope, because while we were walking the streets of Bogotá we always did it holding hands, more in love than ever.

It was a very exciting weekend, with a touch of madness that disturbed the sanity of both, we enjoyed it without giving so many explanations, we just lived it.

Last few hours of our adventure in Bogotá. Ready to plan next one, a lot of miles of walking the last weekend in Colombia

I understand you, Bogota is very popular lately, Bogotanos are very friendly and helpful people, well at least that was my experience when I went, of course I was always looking out for my safety, I had a great time so much so that I didn't want to go back to my country.

Ops, Bogotá is a beautiful city, with good weather and very kind people. In our countries in Latin America we should always take well-known tour guides to ensure our fun, safety and well-being, I did that with my husband and it was the best decision.
