Un gran saludo para todos los que hacemos vida en esta plataforma,para mi es un gusto estar nuevamente con todos ustedes para traerles unas de mis recetas. se trata de un guiso de pollo desmechado muy facil de preparar,les cuento que después de preparar esta receta mis nietos se antojaron de empanadas y no dude en hacerlas quedaron encantados,ahora sin mas nada que agregar voy a la preparación del guiso vamos con los ingredientes.

Ingredientes||Ingredients.

• Pollo desmechado|Chicken, shredded.

• Cebolla|Onion.

• Aji|Aji.

• Cebollín|Chives.

• Ajo|Ajo.

• Aceite|Oil.

• Orégano|Oregano.

• Pimienta|Pepper.

• Onoto molido|Ground Onoto.

• Caldo de pollo|Chicken broth.

Paso. a. paso||Step. a. step.

• Primero sancoche pechuga de pollo y luego la desmeche y reserve mientras cortaba la cebolla,aji y el cebollin,en una sartén con un poco de aceite voy a sofreir los vegetales.

• Después voy agregando los demas ingredientes onoto, pimienta, orégano y un caldo de pollo y de una vez agrego el pollo desmechado y movemos hasta que todo integre lo dejo unos cinco minutos a fuego lento y hemos culminado.
