Un saludo para esta maravillosa comunidad,y para los amantes de la cocina para esta oportunidad les tengo una receta se trata de unas arepitas de papa con queso son muy facil de preparar y quedan super ricas.

A greeting for this wonderful community, and for the lovers of the kitchen for this opportunity I have a recipe for a potato arepitas with cheese are very easy to prepare and are super rich.

Ingredientes||Ingredients.

• 4 papas|4 potatoes.

• 2 cdas de maizina|2 tablespoons of cornstarch.

• 1 cdta de ajo|1 teaspoon of garlic.

• 1/2 cdta de sal|1/2 teaspoon salt.

• Perejil picadito|Chopped parsley.

• Aceite|Oil.

• Primeramente le quitamos la piel a las papas la cortamos en trozos y la llevamos a la cocina con un poco de agua.

• First we remove the skin from the potatoes, cut them into pieces and take them to the kitchen with a little water.

• Ahora tenemos las papas lista,vamos a triturarlas con un tenedor.

• Now we have the potatoes ready, we are going to mash them with a fork.

• Despues le agregamos ajo en polvo,la sal y la maizina.

• Then add garlic powder, salt and cornstarch.

• Ahora le agregamos perejil picadito y amasamos.

• Now add chopped parsley and knead.

• En una sartén le agregamos un poco de aceite y procedemos a preparar las arepitas.

• In a frying pan add a little oil and proceed to prepare the arepitas.

• Ya tenemos las arepitas armadas las agregamos a la sartén a freir y luego volteamos.

• Ya tenemos las arepitas listas y le agregamos por encima perejil picadito.
