• 3 huevos|3 eggs.

• 1 cebolla|1 onion.

• 1 tomate|1 tomato.

• 2 hojas de espinaca|2 spinach leaves.

• Aceite|Oil.

• Sal al gusto|Salt to taste.

• Primero lavamos la cebolla el tomate y las hojas de espinacas y luego la cortamos en trocitos

• Ahora llevamos una sartén a la cocina le agregamos un poco de aceite y sofreimos los vegetales

Luego cuando tenemos los vegetales sofritos le agregamos los huevos batidos.
