• Un saludo para esta hermosa familia de hive,para mi es una gratitud estar nuevamente con todos ustedes para esta vez les traigo un delicioso pescado desmenuzado es un plato muy sencillo el cual lo acompañe con un arroz y tajadas que ya tenia preparado para degustar en familia, sin mas nada que agregar manos a la obra.

Ingredientes||Ingredients.

• Pescado palagar|Palagar fish.

• Cebolla|Onion.

• Aji|Aji.

• Ajo|Garlic.

• Cebollin|Chives.

• pimienta|pepper.

• Aceite|Oil.

• Orégano|Oregano.

• colorante Carmencita|Carmencita coloring.

• Caldo de pollo|Chicken broth.

• 2 huevos|2 eggs.

• Empecemos a preparar este delicia de pescado,tengo los vegetales lavados y los voy a cortar pequeñitos y también el ajo.

• Luego en una sartén con un poco de aceite agregue los vegetales a sofreir para después agregarles los condimentos como pimienta, orégano, el colorante amarillo,y el caldo de pollo y por último el ajo.

• Después de estar el sofrito listo agregue el pescado desmenuzado que ya lo tenía reservado lo removi con mucha constancia hasta integrar completamente con el sofrito luego agregue los huevos y segui moviendo, y ya tengo mi pescado listo

After the sofrito was ready, I added the shredded fish that I had already set aside, I stirred it constantly until it was completely integrated with the sofrito, then I added the eggs and kept stirring, and now I have my fish ready.
