Un cordial saludo para todos los que hacemos vida en esta plataforma espero esten disfrutando de este maravilloso dia,hoy me voy desenfocar en una receta que prepare para disfrutar en familia se trata de un arroz con pollo y ahumados me encanta el sabor que le da los ahumado a las comidas claro combinandolas,ahora sin mas preámbulos vamos a preparar este plato delicioso.

A cordial greeting to all who make life on this platform I hope you are enjoying this wonderful day, today I'm going to focus on a recipe that I prepared to enjoy with family it is a rice with chicken and smoked I love the flavor that gives the smoked foods clear combining them, now without further ado we will prepare this delicious dish.

Ingredientes||Ingredients.

• Pollo|Chicken,

• Chuletas ahumadas|Smoked chops.

• Costillitas ahumadas|Smoked ribs.

• Arroz|Rice.

• Aceite|Oil.

• Cebolla|Onion.

• Pimentón|Paprika.

• Cebollin|Chives.

• Ajo|Garlic.

• Pimienta|Pepper.

• cúrcuma|turmeric.

• Especies|Species.

• Caldo de pollo|Chicken broth.

Paso. a. paso||Step. a. step.

• primeramente ya tenia el arroz listo,en una sartén con un poco de aceite agregue el pollo junto con el caldo de pollo lo deje que sudara y despues agregue los ahumados con la cebolla, pimentón y el cebollin que ya los tenia picaditos.
  
  

First I had the rice ready, in a frying pan with a little oil I added the chicken together with the chicken broth, let it sweat and then I added the smoked fish with the onion, paprika and chives that I had already chopped.

• Seguidamente voy agregando los condimentos especies,curcuma, vinagre, pimienta y por último que no puede faltar el ajo, y asi lo dejamos cocinar y ya he culminado con esta receta.

Then I add the spices, curcuma, vinegar, pepper and finally the garlic, and so we let it cook and I have finished with this recipe.

• Esta receta ya esta lista animence a prepararla queda muy rica todos en casa quedaron encantados espero que les haya gustado,hasta otra oportunidad.
