Un cordial saludo para esta bella comunidad,para esta oportunidad les traigo una deliciosa crema para untar que prepare con huevo y mayonesa,queda muy sabrosa y la acompañe con unos panes tostados,su preparación es súper sencilla y es ideal para desayunar o cenar.

A warm greeting for this beautiful community, for this opportunity I bring you a delicious spread that I prepared with egg and mayonnaise, it is very tasty and accompanied with some toast, its preparation is super simple and is ideal for breakfast or dinner.

Ingredientes||Ingredients.

• 2 huevos|2 eggs.

• 1 cdta de mayonesa|1 teaspoon of mayonnaise.

• Pan|Bread.

• Cebollín|Chives.

• Sal al gusto|Salt to taste.

Paso a. Paso||Step a. Step.

• En la cocina colocamos una olla con agua y agregamos los huevos a sancochar.

In the kitchen we place a pot with water and add the eggs to boil.

Ahora ya tenemos los huevos sancochados y le quitamos las cáscaras lo cortamos por el medio para sacarle las amarillas.

Now we have the boiled eggs and we remove the shells and cut them in the middle to remove the yellow ones.

• Después con un tenedor trituramos las amarillas y un poco de la parte blanca le agregamos mayonesa movemos hasta que integren todos los ingredientes y reservamos.

Then with a fork we crush the yellows and a little of the white part we add mayonnaise, stir until all the ingredients are integrated and set aside.

• Ahora ponemos a tostar un pan en una plancha en la cocina y cortamos un poco de cebollín.

Now we toast a piece of bread on a griddle on the stove and cut some chives.

• A continuación tenemos todo listo le agregamos la crema a los panes tostados y por encima el cebollín picadito.

Next we have everything ready, we add the cream to the toasted breads and on top the chopped chives.
