The beautiful dog is this image is my shepherd/boxer mix named Abigail. She sits outside our house and protects us and the other dogs from the coyotes. Abi just chases them away. I was lucky enough to catch her guarding the homestead under this amazing colorful sunset.

I feel so at peace when I have my camera in hand and can capture all the spaces in the world that I come upon. Photography allows you to document the presence of nature but also all the man-made disturbances that humans have left behind. I hope you enjoy.
