I must confess dear Beer Lovers that this low alcoholic beer is ideal to combat the heat of the Colombian Caribbean, now I understand why its consumption has skyrocketed, is that they sell it even in pharmacies, they are always frozen, is a Radler - Pilsen type beer, with respect to its flavor we can say that the first thing we perceive in the mouth is the lemon that goes from sweet to bitter in the aftertaste, it is a beer with little foam, its color is a very striking golden, in nose intense smell of barley and lemon without seeming acid, it seemed to us an ideal combination that reminded us when artisan bread is made with sourdough, my daughter and I liked this beer very much, it is light and extremely refreshing, in other words it reminds me a lot of the popular drink of Barranquilla, the refajo, about which our previous post.

Debo confesarles estimados Beer Lovers que esta cerveza de bajo contenido alcohólico es ideal para combatir el calor de caribe colombiano, ahora voy entendiendo porque su consumo se ha disparado, es que la venden hasta en las farmacias, siempre están heladas, es una cerveza del Tipo Radler - Pilsen, con respecto a su sabor podemos decir que lo primero que percibimos en boca es el limón que va de dulce a amargo en el retrogusto, es una cerveza de poca espuma, su color es un dorado muy llamativo, en nariz intenso olor a cebada y limón sin parecer acido, nos pareció una combinación ideal que recordó cuando el pan artesanal se elabora con masa madre, a mi y a mi hija nos gustó mucho esta cerveza, es ligera y sumamente refrescante, en otras palabras me recuerda mucho la bebida popular de Barranquilla, el refajo, sobre el cual trató nuestro post anterior , recomendamos ampliamente esta cerveza en ambientes cálidos , es genial para el verano, reciban un refrescante saludo y mis afectos, Cheers 😀
