(Heavy Sigh) Sadly, I don't see any sequels to "Atlas Shrugged" in the near future. Similar to Rand, I am in no way ashamed of receiving a monthly annuity (pension) from the government. The U.S. Government promised that if I survived 24+ years of active duty military service, I'd get paid monthly for the rest of my life. It has been a nice cushion since I retired at ~ 40 years of age. But I do realize that the funding's survival depends on politicians; individuals who have never served a day in uniform.
