Di you just need wellies, or full hip waders from the fishing outfitters? the latter isn't very discreet, admittedly.

There have been a couple that could have been accessible with regular wellies I think. Though I have been inside more than one with swimming pools (not intended ones). Hyde Library basement was flooded and deep (it looked it!).
