(ESP/ENG) Mi experiencia haciendo podcasts// My podcasting experience

Welcome Hivers to my new post, today I want to tell you a little bit about my experience doing podcasts from @palmsradio until now with "7mo Arte & Más". I want to tell you a little bit about how I started working on podcasts and how "7mo Arte & Más" came about.

When I started inside HIVE, helped by @rutablockchain, I didn't think about doing any podcasts, but I also didn't think about drawing, and I did. So when I was moved from "kindergarten" to "university" which are two WhatsApp groups, I started to talk a little bit more. There I met @alejandria12 who is also a movie fanatic, and I told her the news, I always wrote her through the group telling her about the upcoming releases.

So a few weeks went by, I already knew about Palms, I had attended several times, but I wasn't so constant because my internet didn't help, it still doesn't help, however, I committed myself and it's not something I'm taking lightly. Ale then asked me if I wanted to be part of the Palms team, and give the entertainment news.

After a few chats, the "Don't Miss It" segment on Palms was born. Searching for images, noting news, dates, trailers and looking for HIVE news, is how I've been developing, but focusing more on the entertainment side. With the support of @rodrikun17, who has also been there from the beginning giving me words of encouragement.

I've been in the team for almost a year, and @enmymente proposed to @alejandria12 and me, to have our own projects as well. I had a hard time writing down what I wanted in my podcast. I didn't want it to be exactly the same as what I was doing inside Palms. I wanted to give something different, even a little bit and not look like another podcast within Discord. But what? What could I do that would be different from what others were doing or even what I was doing myself?

I spent several days looking for a name and came up with "The World and HIVE", I know a terrible name, but that's what the podcast was originally going to be called. I had no idea how it was going to unfold and I had no idea how it was going to develop, I didn't even know if it was going to be accepted. But since I had nothing to lose by sending the proposal, I did it.

Almost 3 days later they wrote me and accepted me to do the show, in the meantime @enmymente helped me to choose a new name, and so it was called "7mo Arte & Más". @danielvehe then created that beautiful banner, that day was when I realized how big this podcast could be, but I had to make an effort

I organized all the topics I want to talk about for the rest of this year. I already have the topics, the movies are the ones that are going to have a small change, but nothing serious. Also, I organize the questions at least 2 days before the program, well actually it depends, if I have to watch the movie or I have already seen it, in which case I organize them the week before.

I'm organizing the images for this podcast. On the other hand, with Palms, I hope we like the images I make, even if @alejandria12 makes them prettier. I have learned from her to organize the advertising images and to send the images by Discord.

The million dollar question: How did I feel doing the podcast? Well, at the beginning, I felt very nervous, it was not something I was used to, I felt I was going to mess up, but little by little, I felt more confident in what I do. Letting go of the nerves is complicated, especially when you don't have experience in something, but once you learn how to do it, it becomes easy.

The videos might increase in a few months, but it's hard to record when your schedule coincides with other people's work, so that's why I don't record as much. Besides, I'm still getting used to the camera, so when I get used to it I'll surely do a daily video, but for now let's leave it at a weekly one.
