(ESP-ENG) V: Voldemort
Welcome Hivers to this new roundup post. This week on 7th Art & More, we'll be talking about Hate, and I don't think there's a better character to represent this than: Lord Voldemort, the Harry Potter villain. Heroes are always guided by love, however, they could not be heroes without their counterpart who are based on hate. Today I bring you a bit of the history of this villain.

Esta semana en 7mo Arte & Más, estaremos hablando de Odio, y no creo que haya un mejor personaje que represente esto que: Lord Voldemort, el villano de Harry Potter. Los héroes siempre son guiados por el amor, sin embargo, no podrían ser héroes sin su contraparte quienes se basan en el odio. Hoy les traigo un poco de la historia de este villano.
Originally born as Tom Marvolo Riddle (in English: Tom Sorvolo Ryddle by the anagram), he was a wizard son of a witch who died giving birth to him and a Muggle who abandoned him without knowing of his existence. He was a student at Hogwarts at the same time as Rubeus Hagrid and Myrtle the Weeping, being selected for Slytherin house.

His hatred begins from his youth when he is surrounded by people who do not understand him, and he is constantly the object of their mockery. Likewise, when he discovers his origin, he feels disgusted for having Muggle blood in his veins, which is why he kills his father and grandparents. Although it was not his first murder, because he learns that he is a descendant of Salazar Slytherin opens the Chamber of Secrets and the monster kills a student: Myrtle.
Su odio empieza desde su juventud al verse rodeado de personas que no lo entienden, y que constantemente es objeto de su burla. La guerra mágica contra Grindelwald, le da la idea de tomar el poder, y son su inspiración para lograr sus objetivos. Sin embargo, Voldemort consigue aliados desde sus años de estudiante y entre los principales magos de sangre pura, tales como los Malfoy, lo que le permite tener más poder. Asimismo, tiene una estrategia mucho más drástica que Grindelwald en comparación.
The magical war against Grindelwald, gives him the idea of taking power, and are his inspiration to achieve his goals. However, Voldemort gets allies from his student years and among the main pure-blooded wizards, such as the Malfoy family, which allows him to have more power. He also has a much more drastic strategy than Grindelwald by comparison.
Voldemort's hatred knows no bounds, and the only one who matters in his plan is him. His allies are just pawns who can be replaced at any time, and who can only aspire to have a little respect if they do everything as the master commands. In spite of this, this villain only sees them as sheep that do not deserve any kind of compassion if they make a mistake.
El odio de Voldemort no tiene límites, y el único que importa en su plan es él. Sus aliados, son solo peones que pueden ser reemplazados en cualquier momento, y que solo pueden aspirar tener un poco de respeto si cumplen todo como lo manda el señor. A pesar de ello, este villano, solo los ve como borregos que no merecen ningún tipo de compasión si llegan a equivocarse.
