A Battle of and for Melee Monsters.

Hi, today I'm about to write a post featuring a battle in Up Close and Personal ruleset along with two more from analyzing a top battle from gold league.

The battle that I'm about to analyze was between Chammmp and Jef-001 where Chammmp won the battle.

With Camila Sungazer as summoner, Chammmp used six monsters which are: Djinn Chwala, Carnage Titan, Celestial Harpy, Dragon Jumper, Vruz, Agor Longtail.

With Quix the Devious as summoner, Jef-001 used six monsters which are: Djinn Chwala, Carnage Titan, Vruz, Agor Longtail, Venator Kinjo, Whelp Herder.

Battlefield Review - Battle Link

Holy Protection	Unprotected	Up Close and Personal
All monsters have the divine shield ability	Monsters do not have any armor and do not get armor from abilities of summoner buffs	Only units with melee attacks can be used

All monsters ignores the first damage for the holy protection ruleset with divine shield ability. Monsters are unprotected in this battle without armors for unprotected ruleset.

Only melee monsters are allowed to be used in up close and personal ruleset so both team used melee monsters and both of used four same monsters and both of them used Agor Longtail far away from the first position which stops this monster from doing the melee attack but this monster does magic damage even in this ruleset.

The summoner of Chammmp reduced the melee damage of four melee monsters of the other team. And then the summoner of Jef-001 decreased one speed of all opponent monsters and it'd decrease one ranged attack from all opponent monsters as well but there was no ranged monsters.

Venator Kinjo of Jef-001 decreased one speed of all monsters of Chammmp using slow ability.

The Battle

Vruz of Chammmp attacked first for having the biggest speed and Agor Longtail of the opponent team evaded that whole melee damage using divine shield ability. Then the same thing happened when Vruz of Jef-001 attacked Agor Longtail of the opponent team. Then Agor Longtail of Jef-001 damaged two health of the other Agor Longtail and then Dragon Jumper of Chammmp attacked the opponents Agor Longtail and missed the attack but used snare on the opponent monster and Agor Longtail of Jef-001 lost the flying ability for this.

Then Carnage Titan of Jef-001 attacked the opponents Djinn Chwala where both monsters lost their divine shield as Djinn Chwala tried its thorns damage on the attacker. Then the attacker, Carnage Titan did a second attack using double strike ability and damaged two health of the opponent's Djinn Chwala and the attacker lost one health as well for the thorns damage. Djinn Chwala got increased melee damages after this for not having the full health using enrage ability.

Then Djinn Chwala of Jef-001 damaged three health of the other Djinn Chwala and the attacker lost its divine shield. Whelp Herder then attacked and added snare ability on the opponents Agor Longtail who lost flying ability after that.

Then after Agor Longtail damaged two health of the other Agor Longtail and both them had taunt ability. Carnage Titan of Chammmp then damaged six health of the opponents Djinn Chwala using double strike and the attacker itself lost two health from thorns damage and there Djinn Chwala got increased melee damage as well.

Then Celestial Harpy of Chammmp damaged two health of the opponents Agor Longtail and then Djinn Chwala of Jef-001 killed the other Djinn Chwala.

The attacker, Djinn Chwala lost two health as well to thorns damage of the dying Djinn Chwala. Then there were a lot of damages happened where Carnage Titan of Chammmp killed the opponents Djinn Chwala with the second attack after missing the first one and both Agor Longtail used heal ability to increase their health.

Agor Longtail of Chammmp killed the other Agor Longtail and then Dragon Jumper of Chammmp killed the opponents Carnage Titan and brought a huge change to the battle. Carnage Titan of Chammmp then killed the opponents Vruz and then Dragon Jumper killed Venator Kinjo and Carnage Titan of Chammmp killed the last opponent monster after some more damages and went for victory.
