I read that the new twitter owner had sacked all top guys on twitter and would be announcing the new leadership soon. This should mean a good take over in a way.
Elon loves going the opposite direction from what others do this is why I love him. He creates his style.

Nothing good about it. He is trying to implement total digital ID.
