Uprising (Freewrite Challenge)

As Mark is finally retired, he focused on taking care of his house in the province while he goes home in the city where his wife still stays. Martial Law broke in 1972, and they finally decided to transfer to their new home in the province because life in the city is very difficult due to uprising.

Of course, their province is also under curfew but people there are obedient, and Mark and his wife feel safer there. The couple set up livelihood program in their town to help poor people have source of income.

Everything was great but there came conflicts between armed rebels and the soldiers. The locals are mad at the rebels for disrupting the peace in their province. Eventually, the soldiers has been able to catch the rebels, and people in the province finally had peaceful life again.
