I stayed home today but could still feel the heat. I'm not complaining, though, since I prefer this to the rain that's been causing floods. We've been flooded for five weeks now, so more rain is the last thing we need! I managed to get some tasks done, including the training I’d been struggling with for days. I'm so glad to finally finish that first task. This evening, my father-in-law came over and we picked up some groceries.
