My Actifit Report Card: March 30 2023

I am having a headache during the day, perhaps due to the hot weather we had a day ago. I still did some house chores, as well as doing my online tasks.

In the afternoon, I joined a virtual deaf field service which we haven't done for a long time. It used to be our activity way back at the height of the pandemic. My wife and I went out for a walk in the late afternoon at the park and bought some stuff from the mini-grocery.

I kinda miss going to the falls so I'm sharing them here:
