The groundbreaking innovation the DeFiChain has launched is decentralized stock trading on the bitcoin native (anchored on BTC) Blockchain! I wrote about it here

Diversify your Portfolio!

I was always a bit concerned that my portfolio was not diversified enough because i have a heavy part invested in crypto, especially Bitcoin.

So this is the perfect oprtunity to diversify and provide for an awesome project.

I chose to provide liquidity to the ARKK Pool but you can choose out of 14 different stocks, check out in the picture down below.

I chose ARKK because it is a ETF invested in a decent number of innovation focused companies like Tesla and Zoom i.e. This is why it was the best fit for my portfolio, diversification!

Providing Liquidity Walkthrough

This is the overview. i swapped DFI coins i had left on CakeDeFi to dUSD. dUSD is the USD pegged coin on Cake and DFI is the DeFiChain native token. You can basically deposit both with your credit card directly to your wallet but i had the funds left there and simply swapped them on the platform which is a pretty easy and seaming-less process.

This is my deposit E-Mail i received after swapping my DFI tokens to the decentralized dARKK Token which is an ARKK ETF pegged, decentralized token running on the DeFiChain. Coming closer to that decentralized diversification of my portfolio.

This window shows the simple swap window to get DFI to dUSD or the other way around.

and the confirmation.

So i made sure i have enough dARKK tokens and dUSD to "bake" them and provide liquidity for the decentralized token trading. The juicy bake button is the one you'll hit to commit the funds to the liquidity mining.

This window pop's up and here you click on the Liquidity Mining field. It already shows the nice APR you'll get after investing: roaring 157.18% APR!!
(not here is risk involved and you should do your own research and only invest what you can afford to loose. This APR might come down with time the more users participate.)

In my personal dashboard i can look up the amount of dARKK and dUSD invested + the overall Value of the position: 286.84 USD. To draw a conclusion: I receive 157% APY, my portfolio is more diversified because i have invested in Stocks more precise in an ETF which is diversified in itself, when the ETF price rises my position rises. Plenty of strong arguments for me to invest! what are your thoughts on this?
