MORNING finds at the shore ππ¦π
In my previous blog, I wrote about our first Beach escape in Moalboal this year. And today, I'll be sharing with you the main thing that I did during the trip. Aside, from chilling and basking under the sun reading books.
As I mentioned that we stayed for four days at the resort for a long weekend.
Every morning. I woke up early with a flashlight chasing crabs. Luckily, it's been low tide. So, I'm able to walk around a few meters away from the seashore. My partner always reminds me to be careful all the time coz I might step some washed-out corals and some sea creatures. He's been educating me most of the time that coral is not just stone or reefs. They are living animals in the ocean. And almost everything you will see underwater is coral. Of course aside from fishes and more.
It was 5:30 in the morning as I walked out of our bedroom with a flashlight and starts exploring the shore. I met some fishermen and have some random talk with them about their life. That's the thing about travelling or going somewhere you're not familiar with. You'll meet all these different people and learned their stories. Which is remarkable.
It's so refreshing waking up early in the morning and finding the serenity of the place. I can only hear the small waves crushing and the school of small fish jumping from the other corner. It was very calm and that's what I need. And the early local fishermen who wake up early catch some jellyfish to use as bait for fish.
I have no luck finding the crab as I turned my flashlight on. They start running, hiding under the big rocks.
The most amazing thing is that I was able to see a lot of different things. A lot of beautiful corals have been washed to the shore during low tide. They're so beautiful that I was amazed by them.
This one looks like a big mushroom in the middle of the water. It's Stunning! Fishes would probably use it as a shelter during high tide. π» I walked around and look some spots where I could walk without stepping any of them.
I wish I could name them all. It's fascinating and extraordinary.
I was tempted to touch this one as it looks like some plants or so. But, I can hear my partners voice reminding me not to touch anything as it is very valuable to the ecosystem. Particularly for underwater creatures.
Been thinking if these three were the kind of the same. They're pretty much alive π
These two cute corals feel like some tiny creatures but yes they are tiny reefs. And they're beautiful πΎ
And I saw these two moving π But, I watch it from afar zooming my camera. Maybe it's where Nemo fishes swim around. ππ
This lovely coral is stunning. Those green thingy on it makes it more glamorous π
I found some that are more familiar to me like starfish and some sea urchins.
I've never seen a blue starfish before and this one is cool π
Some sea urchins hiding underneath some stone. π
Been so happy that I was able to encounter those sea creatures during my stay. Maybe I'll see some crabs one day? No creatures have been harmed during that time. π§‘
Waking up early was all worth it.

This is one thing I love about traveling. I got to learn and inspire by other people. I've heard so many inspiring stories in my travels and I got to keep it and tell others about them. I love to experience more conversations with locals about their wins and struggles.
Super kaayo 100%
Woww so amazing I enjoyed looking at caral sea for it's magnificent color of nature and lifespans. I can barely looking at then without noticing how long the time has passed. Would be lovely if there's Nemo swimming around too.
Thanks for dropping by girl! everything is just wonderful underwater and so lucky that I'm able to see it when it was low tide.
I'm thinking the same! Nemo the cutoest fish π hahaa! Have a great day.
wow those are stunning shots. You still have a great coral reef there in your place. Even when it is low tide you can still find those beauty.
