It felt like a short summer in France I never enjoyed my summer dresses 

Hey fellow Hivers! I'm back. It's been a while since my last post. A lot of things happened in the past few months, which I now feel I prefer to write it here in this community.

The summer dress I bought in Spain

Papa: Oui, maman est jolie.

It's the month of September and it gets cold. Sad that our Spain trip got cancelled but our son needs to go to school as he jumps to a new class level. Currently, the head of the school gives him a special lesson (different from the school activities his peers participate in), but he still plays with his friends of the same age.

Sad that it felt like a short summer experience here in France. I never got the chance to enjoy my summer dresses. I don't have a dozen summer dresses. It's just that I only had a few, but I never got the chance to wear them the whole summer. I would love to wear those dresses in the South of Spain, where the weather is still hot in September.

Summer in the northwest of France gets cold easily, and when there is a little breeze, I'll cover myself right away. I get sick right away.

I would love to stroll near the beach in my dress on a hot summer day. I feel pretty when the sun kisses my skin; I can feel that summer glow.

I just missed my sunny days in the Philippines, and going to the South of Spain is my alternate universe, as I've seen a few similarities, and I can play around with some Spanish words related to Cebuano and Tagalog (Filipino language).

You know, I've had so many dreams about spending my time on the beach enjoying the island hopping, snorkeling, and scuba diving, which were my normal activities back in the Philippines. And I missed all those wonderful experiences under the sun.

Anyway, this is just a simple rant about missing the sunny weather. How did you spend your summer in Europe or in Asia?
