My Actifit Report Card: September 17 2021
What's up actifitters? It's been awhile. I haven't had actifit movements the past few days because of some reasons like there were days that the weather wasn't cooperating and I've just felt the need to spend more quality time with my family and loved ones. Right now, I feel like I'm physically, emotionally and mentally recharged and I'm ready to achieve my daily actifit goals.
I used my actifit app while doing some errands. I went to the convenience store to pay our internet bills.
And asusual, I went to the oval to jog for 40 minutes. It really felt so good to be back and to get the endorphins I missed out for almost a week. I am glad I reached almost 6k actifit movements today. I hope to get the same or surpass this energy.
