Come and see what I think of the large chains and small family businesses in the coffee sector.

Hi guys, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to share my opinion about coffee chains and small family coffee chains.

I really liked the opinion of everyone who participated in this dynamic this week, and I think that in short, we all appreciate in a more intimate way a good coffee accompanied by our loved ones, and that is certainly fills us with happiness.

But, surely you also agree that the coffees that are sometimes drunk in the big chains, have a special touch, and it is not because they are prepared in espresso machines, but rather, because they have been preparing hundreds of coffees for years, so they already have enough experience, and therefore, they have an exquisite flavor.

However, no matter how delicious they are, there is almost no time to enjoy it, since, if we order it on our way to work, we have to drink it too quickly, so we do not enjoy it, while the hustle and bustle of a coffee shop may not be adequate for us to relax and drink our exquisite coffee.

On the other hand, I believe that there is a lot of propaganda from the coffee shop chains that only try to discredit other chains, in many cases, trying to say that if you do not drink a coffee from their coffee shop, you are not really drinking a good coffee.

And of course in these large chains there is an immense variety of coffee, but, in many cases, it can be difficult to buy just one cup of coffee, which is a great disadvantage.

What do I think about the small coffee chains?

Well, it is cozy, you can enjoy a cup of coffee while you can talk quietly, and besides, you can also meet people you know in these centers, and then the cup of coffee becomes more and more tasty, something that does not happen in the big coffee shops.

I prefer the small places where the cups of coffee are served, not only because of what I have already commented, but also because the people treat those who visit them with warmth, something very different from the big chains, where you are just another customer, and it only matters that you pay for the cup.

Very different from the small places, where for example, you can choose a cup of your liking, the size of your preference, and even with what you could accompany it, and the price for this, is not so high, and no doubt you also enjoy them like others.

My wife and I usually love it with bread, stuffed with cheese and butter. Personally, I like it when I feel the flavor of the butter joining with the coffee, and yes, don't take it so rare, maybe you should try it this way, because it is exquisite.

But above all, the good company that we can enjoy over a good coffee is what makes the experience so exquisite and so cozy, so my preference over the big chains and the family chains is that both are special, because they offer special and unique services, but I prefer the warmest and quietest, like the small chains.
