Hola, esta es mi primera publicación en Ladies of Hive, suelo estar al tanto de esta comunidad puesto que mi círculo de amistades de Hive más cercano y con quienes siempre estoy en comunicación son todas chicas, ellas son @irenenavarroart, @mariavargas y @chacald.dcymt, ella última fue quien me incentivó a participar en este concurso. Constantemente veo excelentes iniciativas y concursos en Ladies of Hive en los que me gustaría participar, pero por respeto a la comunidad no lo hago, hoy será la excepción.

A continuación respondo a una de las preguntas planteadas.

¿Cuál es tu pasión número uno, lo que haces que te hace sentir más feliz, tranquilo o satisfecho?

Mi pasión número uno siempre ha sido y siempre será tocar la guitarra, tenía unos 12 o 13 años cuando ya más nunca pude dejar de tocar, específicamente la guitarra eléctrica, la pregunta planteada no pudo haber establecido mejor lo que experimento al tocar , acertadamente es felicidad, tranquilidad y satisfacción.

Diariamente suelo dedicar al instrumento en promedio entre 15 minutos y 1 hora y media, puedo tomar la guitarra solo para hacer ejercicios de digitación, para aprenderme una nueva canción, para tocar algo que ya me sé o para componer una canción, esto me genera mucho bienestar, incluso levanta mi ánimo cuando por alguna razón me siento desanimado, en muchas ocasiones es como una medicina.

De manera que cada día representa para mí una oportunidad de mejorar mis habilidades en el instrumento, o de buscar una canción y aprendérmela, creo que esa es una de las sensaciones más gratificantes y de mayor satisfacción, no solo oír las canciones que tanto te gustan sino poder tocarlas, incluso imaginar que eres parte de la banda.

He podido formar parte de agrupaciones musicales, y presentarme ante cientos de personas, incluso he podido visitar varios estados de Venezuela para presentarme, lo que ha hecho que la guitarra más que un hobbie se haya convertido para mi en una parte muy importante y única de mi vida.

En el tiempo he podido adquirir varias guitarras lo que hace que pueda disfrutar más el tocar, pues puedo tener los instrumentos con distintas afinaciones para tocar la canción que me plazca.

What is your number one passion, what do you do that makes you feel most happy, peaceful or satisfied?

My number one passion has always been and always will be playing the guitar, I was about 12 or 13 years old when I could never stop playing, specifically the electric guitar, the question posed could not have better established what I experience when I play, rightly it is happiness, tranquility and satisfaction.

Every day I dedicate an average of 15 minutes to an hour and a half to the instrument, I can take the guitar just to do fingering exercises, to learn a new song, to play something I already know or to compose a song, this generates me a lot of well-being, it even lifts my mood when for some reason I feel discouraged, in many occasions it is like a medicine.

So every day represents for me an opportunity to improve my skills on the instrument, or to look for a song and learn it, I think that's one of the most rewarding and satisfying feelings, not only because of listening the songs that you like so much but to play them, even to imagine that you are part of the band.

I have been able to be part of musical groups, and perform in front of hundreds of people, I have even been able to visit several states of Venezuela to perform, which has made the guitar more than a hobby has become for me a very important and unique part of my life.

Over time I have been able to acquire several guitars which makes me enjoy playing more, because I can have the instruments with different tunings to play the song I like.
