Those two things are very important for our lives, because there is no more important thing than living healthy and happy too. There are many ways for people to be happy, and one of the easiest and cheapest ways is to eat something delicious.

For me, my favorite meal time is at breakfast. The menu or the food I eat for breakfast can determine my enthusiasm and motivation throughout the day. The chicken noodle stall that I visited is also known as Mie Ayam Subuh Pakde. The famous chicken noodle outlet in Medan City, because it is only open from 4 am to 8 am, every day. So, some people also give the name of this chicken noodle outlet as "dawn chicken noodle".

However, even though this noodle shop still uses carts, consumers can sit in the shop room which is still part of this noodle shop.

I came to this chicken noodle stall at seven in the morning. The situation of this noodle shop is also very crowded with visitors who come. My wife and I didn't get indoor seating and we decided to sit outdoor instead.

So, chicken noodle is a noodle-based dish topped with chicken stew, and added vegetables, gravy and boiled eggs. If you come to Indonesia, you will definitely find it very easy to find stalls, outlets or restaurants that sell this menu.

One of our advantages when having breakfast at a chicken noodle shop like this is the fast process of serving and preparing food. The ordering system uses a made by order system.

So, the chicken noodles that we ordered will be cooked and made by this chicken noodle seller. If we look at the sellers and noodle cooks, they do it very nimbly and it looks like fun. I myself like to see the process of people who will cook.

How delicious is Mie Ayam / Chicken Noodle here?
My order came quickly, I also ordered a glass of ice tea without sugar as my meal companion this time. I feel, enjoying a bowl of hot chicken noodles is not perfect if you don't drink one cold drink.

If we look at the appearance and shape, the chicken noodles from this outlet are almost the same as the chicken noodles from other outlets or chicken noodle stalls in Medan City. However, there are some fundamentals that make Mie Ayam Subuh Outlet a favorite for many people.

First, chicken noodle from this chicken noodle shop uses yellow noodles with a rubber-like texture and shape. The texture of noodles like rubber is rarely found in this chicken noodle dish. The texture and chewiness of this chicken noodle reminds me of a bowl of chicken noodle I used to eat when I was a kid. As one quote says, food tastes better when there are memories in it.
