I always believe in the city that I visited on one trip, we will find delicious and delicious culinary delights. Like my trip to Tebing Tinggi City some time ago. I took the time to visit one of the local restaurants which is a favorite of city residents in Tebing Tinggi City.

The restaurant or food stall that I visited was Miso Min Min Restaurant. This local restaurant is an authentic and famous noodle place in Tebing Tinggi City. The location of this restaurant is in the city center of Tebing Tinggi City and close to the market. We will easily find directions to this place, even though it is our first visit to this city.

Min Min Mi Sop Restaurant

I came to this local noodle restaurant around three o'clock in the afternoon. The situation and condition of this restaurant is very busy with visitors, especially local residents of Tebing Tinggi City. I came to understand why so many oranges provide recommendations for this local culinary from various sites or social media.

This local restaurant uses an old shop building that looks classic. This building and design looks very simple and simple, because of that we won't hesitate to come and eat at this place.

Rendang Jengkol

Here, we can choose several food menus such as meatballs or noodle soup as the main course. We can also order side dishes such as clam satay, jengkol rendang, quail egg satay, gizzard satay, or crispy chicken skin. For drink choices, there are various menus such as syrup, ice tea, or lemon tea.

One thing that is the excellent menu of this restaurant is the ice dessert menu such as cendol ice, doger ice, mixed ice, high ice, or a box of ice. All of these ice desserts are a favorite desert ice menu for many Indonesians.

Noodle Sop with Bakso / Chicken Noodle Soup with Meat Ball

So, my wife and I ordered the same menu this time. One bowl of Mi Sop with Meatballs which is also the best seller menu at this local restaurant. Even though this noodle restaurant was quite busy, our orders were processed and made quickly. All food and drink orders at this noodle restaurant are made with a made by order system, so that every food that comes is always warm.

Mi Sop is a one-serving dish consisting of vermicelli, pieces of fried chicken, celery then doused with chicken soup. After that, don't forget to add crackers. I can't wait to taste this dish, because seeing this bowl of chicken noodle soup makes my mouth water.

I try not to add sauce, soy sauce, or chili. I tasted the original taste first. My first impression, the soup from this noodle tastes very sweet to me. I tried asking my wife, and she also felt that way. I also took a few spoons of chili and it turns out the taste of this dish is very delicious.

My favorite part of this dish is the generous chunks of fried chicken meat. I am very satisfied to eat it. In addition, the price for a bowl of this dish is also very affordable at around IDR 16K (1.1USD). For people in North Sumatra, Mi Sop is one of the popular noodle menus in North Sumatra and is their comfort food. Tebing Tinggi City is known to have many legendary and delicious Mi Sop culinary destinations.

Es Campur - Mixed fruit ice dessert

After that, we also didn't forget to order a dessert menu at this noodle restaurant. We got a recommendation from the waiter at this restaurant to try ice campur. Es Campur is one of my favorite cold deserts, this desert consists of various ingredients such as coconut milk, shaved ice, liquid palm sugar and various other ingredients mixed together. Other ingredients usually vary, but what is commonly used is grass jelly, cassava tape, jelly, and others.

I was interested to see the aroma and taste of the palm sugar syrup used for this dish. The palm sugar tastes very fragrant and also thick. I mixed it thoroughly and immediately tried it.

Es Campur has a very delicious taste. Maybe, this is one of the most delicious cold desserts I've ever tried. It tastes very fresh, sweet and very delicious. My wife also likes this dessert. Unfortunately, when I wanted to order again it turned out to be the last order for today.
