A New Restaurant Thailand I Ever Taste

Yum Thai.jpg

Hello everyone,
How are you guys? I hope you are in good condition and happy. We can live our day happily, even today is the bad day, but believe me, that will be happy day for you, even if there is only one day. Life will always have a way to make you happy even very simple.

Start in this September, I really had a lot of activities, the online sales that I built from 2017 started to experience a significant increase. Yes, as an agricultural trader, I choose to sell various agricultural goods on e-commerce and social media, enough to meet our daily needs.

Not only that, the month of August also saw an increase in online store which kept me super busy, I even rarely write here, because the workload is quite hectic and it makes me havent enough time to relax my brain, because journaling like this help me in healing my mind and mentality. Even so busy, my wife often complain because I don't pay enough attention to her, so in order to make my wife's heart happy, I invite her to a special dinner in a special place.

My wife is a big fan of Thai culture, it because she came to the country too many times when we were dating. He often goes to Thailand because he has an online business selling fashion goods from Bangkok. If you know about the Pratunam market, that's where he often buys goods to resell in Indonesia. But after getting married, my wife started working for a company and closed the shop.

Because of that, he knows more or less about Thai culture and food, he even likes Tomyam more than Gulai, that's why he took me to this restaurant to kill his longing. There are really very few Thai restaurants in this city, not even authentic in taste and presentation, so I was curious, after this restaurant soft opened, he always forced me to make time even if it was just a short dinner.

Yumthai Restaurant

My wife really liked having the opportunity to have dinner at Yumthai, so we came with her curiosity. Order some authentic Thai menus such as Padthai, tomyam fried rice, Thai cassava, pomelo salad and Thai tea, all of which we ordered with special menu recommendations here. But if you want Indonesian specialties, you can get quite a lot of menus, but what's the point of eating Indonesian food in a Thai restaurant, right?

A brief review of some of the food at Yumthai restaurant, but I'm confused about where to start. Would you agree to a Padthai menu for me to talk about? Yes, we start from Padthai which is so tempting this time.

Padthai

Padthai is a type of typical Thai food menu that you should not miss if you are in Thailand. Quite a lot of street food sells this, especially in Thailand's most populous city, Bangkok. My wife always says that good Padthai is around Pratunam Market, she said there is a person who sells good Padthai on the side of the road, every first day in Bangkok, he always starts culinary there.

This Padthai menu is quite simple, like typical Chinese food Kwetiaw, but the texture of the noodles is firmer than kweetiaw and smaller. The taste is very strong with spices, especially the aroma of lime leaves and garlic. The padthai was also cooked very well, there were some vegetables and eggs provided. I really like the chewy and appetizing taste and texture. Even a plate of Padthai is quite lacking for me.

Tomyam Seafood Fried Rice

The second is tomyam seafood fried rice, which tastes full of sourness like tomyam. It's still very thick with aromatics that can be felt even from afar, but I don't like the slightly runny texture, unlike fried rice in general, where the rice is very dry. Maybe because it uses tomyam seasoning, this fried rice is very fluffy and soft.

Even though I don't like the texture, I really like the taste that fits my tongue. If you are bored with plain fried rice, the second choice is tomyam fried rice, with the predominant flakes of lime leaves making this dish really easy for many people to love. Likewise, the seafood is very fresh, making it taste sweet, soft and watery when bitten.

Thai Cassava

There is also a dessert menu, which tempted me. This is a free dessert that we got because of this restaurant's soft opening promo. free 1 dessert at one table, without minimum purchase or order. Initially we asked to be given Thai Sticky Rice, but it had run out and was not available at that time. So, Thai Cassava is the last resort. Its so amazing taste.

With perfect plating and a very charming plate, this dessert is so beautiful to look at, with the coconut milk sauce on top, which adds to the charm of Thai Cassava, I can't wait to try it. There are a few slices of mango that can be felt when bitten, as well as the texture of the cassava which is soft and melts on the tongue when bitten one by one. The sweetness of cassava that has been boiled or steamed first along with the sweetness of the cassava itself adds optimal taste.

Pomelo Salad

Actually this is an appetizer menu, pomelo salad. But we order it at the end of the day, because it feel like something is missing if we don't try a salad from Thailand. Some of the famous salads such as papaya salad, mango salad and pomelo salad have a special taste and are different from other salads. That's the Thai culinary which is full of surprises.

This pomelo salad is one of the very delicious menus at this restaurant, I make it number one of all menus at Yumthai. Why? Because it's really good, it's really good. I've never tried a pomelo salad in Thailand, but I'm sure it tastes something like this.

Surprise from the pomelo which has a sweet, slightly sour taste, then there is the texture of roasted peanuts and coconut. I guess this really surprised my taste buds, I've never had food like this before. Even though at first I quite underestimated the taste of the salad, yes, I don't like any salad other than this pomelo salad.

Thai Tea

And the last one is Thai tea, who doesn't know Thai tea? The with an orange color that looks like orange juice at a glance. It tastes a little less good, even better roasted thai tea made by my wife. Not so sweet, less fat milk and ice that melts easily enough. I think it's a little waterier than most Thai tea, moreover, it tastes almost as bland as drinking water.

I think this is all I can review, hope it helps!
