Soy una de esas tantas personas a las que HIVE les ha cambiado la vida. No solo por haber mejorado sustancialmente mi situación económica, que de por sí ya es como para estar profundamente agradecido, sino que también me ha dado nuevas motivaciones para incursionar en actividades que no tenía previstas en mi agenda vital. Nunca me imaginé, por ejemplo, que sería capaz de escribir diariamente una publicación.

Siendo sincero les confieso que, al día de hoy, se me hace casi impensable la vida sin toda la buena vibra que encuentro cada día en HIVE. Por eso no me resulta fácil identificar unos pocos momentos como para ponerlos en el ranking de los mejores. Pero el reto lo exige, así que para cumplir con las condiciones de la iniciativa voy a resumir algunos.

Uno de mis grandes momentos fue cuando alcancé la categoría de Delfín, era un sueño que tenía desde que decidí formar parte de HIVE. Por fortuna para mí no he tenido necesidad de hacer Power Down, y con mis ganancias y pequeñas inversiones logré llegar al nivel necesario y he seguido creciendo, para este año mi meta era llegar a los ocho mil HP y ya estoy a punto de lograrlo.

Otro gran momento que atesoro con mucho cariño y mucho orgullo, es haber alcanzado la reputación de los setenta y tres puntos. Recuerdo cuando comencé hace más de tres años atrás. En aquel entonces un nivel de sesenta o setenta puntos parecía una quimera, algo inalcanzable. En el momento del nacimiento de HIVE mi reputación era un poco más de sesenta, y fue aquí, gracias al apoyo sostenido de todas las personas que han creído en mí, que pude crecer hasta lograr ese nivel que paso a paso sigue subiendo.

Otros momentos que me han dado mucha felicidad es cuando he ganado, o logrado lugares destacados en algunos de los tantos concursos que se hacen en la Blockchain. Antes de HIVE nunca había pensado que participaría en concursos de escritura o de fotografía, siempre he tenido presente mis limitaciones, y sé que aquí hay muchísimas personas con talentos superiores a los míos. Por eso me he sentido muy contento cuando otros compañeros hivers han considerado que tengo los méritos suficientes como para ser acreedor de un premio. Realmente es algo que valoro mucho.

Hay otros buenos momentos que no tienen que ver directamente con HIVE, pero que sin mi actividad aquí no hubiesen sido posibles. HIVE me ha servido para comunicar ideas a mis hijos y mis nietas. Muchos de mis escritos los hago pensando en ellos y se los hago llegar para que me den sus opiniones. También esos contenidos de mis publicaciones me han acercado más a mi madre en esta época donde la presencia física se ha hecho difícil.

Cierto día uno de mis hijos le envió a mi madre un escrito donde yo la mencionaba. Ella lo leyó, me llamó por el cell y me hizo un conjunto de observaciones sobre algunas imprecisiones relacionadas con los hechos reales. Le dije que no importaba, que eso era un relato, un invento, pero ella insistió en que lo corrigiera, así que la complací. Desde entonces la nombré mi consultora personal. Ella, a sus ochenta y seis años, se siente muy contenta de que le pida datos, nombres o referencias, le encanta sentirse participe de mis escritos, y me pide encarecidamente que le mande los enlaces de las publicaciones. Nuestra actividad en HIVE nos trasciende en muchos sentidos.

I am one of the many people whose life has been changed by HIVE. Not only because it has substantially improved my economic situation, which in itself is enough to be deeply grateful for, but also because it has given me new motivations to venture into activities that I had not foreseen in my life's agenda. I never imagined, for example, that I would be able to write a daily publication.

To be honest, I confess that, to this day, it is almost unthinkable for me to live without all the good vibes that I find every day in HIVE. That is why it is not easy for me to identify a few moments to put them in the ranking of the best. But the challenge demands it, so to comply with the conditions of the initiative I will summarize some of them.

One of my greatest moments was when I reached the category of Dolphin, it was a dream I had since I decided to be part of HIVE. Fortunately for me I have not had to do Power Down, and with my earnings and small investments I managed to reach the necessary level and I have continued to grow, for this year my goal was to reach eight thousand HP and I am about to achieve it.

Another great moment that I treasure with much affection and pride, is to have reached the reputation of seventy-three points. I remember when I started more than three years ago. At that time a level of sixty or seventy points seemed like a chimera, something unattainable. At the time of the birth of HIVE my reputation was a little over sixty, and it was here, thanks to the sustained support of all the people who have believed in me, that I was able to grow until I reached that level, which step by step continues to rise.

Other moments that have given me a lot of happiness are when I have won, or achieved outstanding places in some of the many contests that are made in the Blockchain. Before HIVE I never imagined that I could be able to win any writing or photography contest, I have always been clear about my limitations and I know that there are many people here with talents superior to mine. That is why I have been very happy when other fellow hivers have considered that I have enough merits to be worthy of an award. It's something I really appreciate.

There are other good moments that do not have to do directly with HIVE, but that would not have been possible without my activity here. HIVE has helped me to communicate ideas to my children and granddaughters. Many of my writings are written with them in mind and I send them to them so that they can give me their opinions. Also, the contents of my publications have brought me closer to my mother, in these times when physical presence has become difficult.

One day one of my sons sent my mother a letter in which I mentioned her. She read it, called me on my cell phone and made a series of observations about some inaccuracies related to the real facts. I told her that it didn't matter, that it was a story, an invention, but she insisted that I correct it, so I obliged her. From then on I named her my personal consultant. She, at eighty-six years old, is very happy to be asked for data, names or references, she loves to feel part of my writings, and she asks me to send her the links to the publications. Our activity in HIVE transcends us in many ways.
