Saludos querida comunidad @lovinghive el día de hoy por fin me uno a la iniciativa creada por @rutablockchain para compartir como fue mi año 2021 en la Colmena, digo finalmente porque tengo muchos días pensando en la mejor manera de condensar tantas experiencias vividas en estos 365 días, no se imaginan el todo lo que viene a mi mente, he tenido tantos aprendizajes, tantas alegrías, tantas personas bonitas que he conocido y tantas ideas y proyectos creativos compartidos en esta maravillosa plataforma, también por qué no decirlo un buen año a nivel económico para todas las abejas , estaba dándole muchas vueltas al asunto de la publicación, mi primera idea era hacer un video pero aun tengo muchas limitaciones de conexión para atreverme a intentar subir un video, pero de antemano espero que en el 2022 pueda al fin hacer videos para Hive de alguna manera, esta vez gracias a la sugerencia de mi amigo @ismaelgranados decidí abordar mis experiencias dividiéndolas por tema porque solo así podría plasmar de forma más simple todo el universo de palabras que significa para mí Hive, espero les guste. Desde el nacimiento de Hive en 2020 he estado muy activa con las publicaciones, sin embargo, este año 2021 he tenido un gran crecimiento en producción de contenido y sobre todo en la variedad de estos, las personas que me siguen saben que la mayor parte de mis publicaciones están enfocadas a las artes manuales, en este caso no solo fueron 32 publicaciones de amigurumis (muñecos tejidos a crochet) sino que también puse en práctica otras técnicas y también otro tipo de manualidades, no se exactamente el número exacto de todas mis publicaciones dedicadas a algún tipo de trabajo manual, es mi costumbre dedicar todo un post al sumario de mis creaciones en Hive al final de año pero este año aun sigo preparando esa publicación porque fueron tantos post que perdí la cuenta, esto demuestra cuando he trabajado en la plataforma este año. Muchas personas de mi entorno me dicen que soy una Araña porque tejo mucho, pero la comparación con la Abeja de Hive me hace sentir bien, en este sentido soy una Abeja que teje y como toda Abeja obrera no he dejado de trabajar en esta gran Colmena y me siento muy feliz de estar aquí.
Since the birth of Hive in 2020 I have been very active with publications, however, this year 2021 I have had a great growth in content production and especially in the variety of these, the people who follow me know that most of My publications are focused on manual arts, in this case there were not only 32 publications of amigurumis (crocheted dolls) but I also put into practice other techniques and also other types of crafts, I do not know exactly the exact number of all my publications dedicated to some type of manual work, it is my custom to dedicate a whole post to the summary of my creations in Hive at the end of the year but this year I am still preparing that publication because there were so many posts that I lost count, this shows when I have worked in the platform this year. Many people around me tell me that I am a Spider because I knit a lot, but the comparison with the Hive Bee makes me feel good, in this sense I am a Bee that weaves and like all worker bees I have not stopped working in this great Hive and I am very happy to be here.

Uno de los grandes errores que cometí en los primeros meses de la colmena fue no tener mucho contacto con los demás Hivers, leía sus publicaciones las apoyaba e incluso a algunas Hivers de excelente contenido los agregaba en voto automático para que no perdieran mi apoyo si yo no entraba un día a Hive, pero casi no comentaba y como dice la gente “solo los admiraba desde lejos”, no fue hasta este año cuando entendí el valor de comentar y de ser parte de la comunidad.
One of the big mistakes I made in the first months of the hive was not having much contact with the other Hivers, I would read their publications, I supported them and I even added some Hivers with excellent content in automatic vote so that they would not lose my support if I I didn't go to Hive one day, but I hardly commented and as people say “I just admired them from afar”, it wasn't until this year that I understood the value of commenting and being part of the community.
Una de las cosas que me motivó fue cuando participé en el mes de Junio en la iniciativa Nadando con Ballenas creada por la siempre atenta @mayvil , ese día recibí tantos comentarios y votos que mi publicación llegó a ser tendencia, obtuve un gran aprendizaje a través de esto y es que vi la importancia que tienen las iniciativas para conectar a la gente, por eso en el mes de Julio hice mi primera iniciativa llamada: Cuánto han mejorado tus habilidades manuales, esta iniciativa iba enfocada en todas aquellas personas que como yo crean manualidades y arte para compartir en Hive y en consecuencia han mejorado sus habilidades, no se cuantas personas participaron en mi primera iniciativa pero fueron suficiente para sentirme parte de una gran comunidad de creadores de la colmena.

Después de esa iniciativa lamentablemente en ese mes nos enfermamos de Covid-19 mi mamá @yole y yo, sin embargo, Hive nos permitió salir adelante, en ese momento agradecí mucho que nuestro ingresos dependieran de Hive porque es algo que se hace desde casa y aunque la enfermedad nos tenía decaídas seguimos publicando cuanto pudimos, servirse de las casas de cambio venezolanas es una gran ventaja, yo me sentí feliz que desde mi cama por la enfermedad aún podía cambiar HBD a bolívares y llamar a mi tía o mi hermana para que nos hicieran las compras de medicinas y comida y nos la trajeran a casa, es decir, Hive nos permitió cumplir con el distanciamiento social y prevenir el contagió de otras personas porque no salimos de casa en todo ese tiempo. Luego de la recuperación ocurrieron muchas cosas buenas, en agosto cumplió año mi hijo y vinieron mis amigas @yetsimar y @tsunsica a compartir con nosotros en casa, por supuesto tanto su visita como el cumpleaños fue realizado gracias a los ingresos de Hive.

After the recovery, many good things happened, in August my son had his birthday and my friends @yetsimar and @tsunsica came to share with us at home, of course both their visit and the birthday were made thanks to the income from Hive.
En el mes de octubre llevé a cabo mi primer reto, se trataba de un reto creado en la comunidad @Needleworkmonday a cuyas administradoras y moderadoras agradezco muchísimo por todo el apoyo, mi reto se trató de una semana completa de publicaciones dedicadas a labores manuales con temática de Halloween, en este reto yo di un aporte para hacer una premonición, la querida @neumannsalva se unió como sponsor y el premio fue más grande, la participación fue muy buena , los trabajos de las Needleworkers fueron espectaculares, me acerqué mucho más a ellas y a la comunidad que siempre me a abierto las puertas para mis publicaciones, sentí un gran amor por cada publicación del reto y a partir de entonces creí firmemente que lo más importante en Hive siempre serán las personas detrás de cada hermoso post. En este reto hubo varias ganadoras pero el primer lugar se lo llevó @tibaire con su excelente semana de publicaciones y su producto final.

Para el mes de diciembre mis amigas de la comunidad de la aguja me pidieron que hiciera un nuevo reto, así que hice un reto de intercambio navideño de regalos hechos a mano, en el cual además de mi persona se sumaron como patrocinantes las queridas @crosheille @marbebly @kattycrochet , la participación fue muy buena y lo bonito del intercambio era afianzar los lazos de amistad y admiración mutua entre los hivers, porque el objetivo es que las manualidades fueran un regalo simbólico y personal a otro Hiver.

El mundo financiero de Hive / The financial world of Hive
Este año aprendí muchísimo sobre el mundo de la criptomoneda y sobre las finanzas en Hive, este año por primera vez realicé una inversión, es decir, compré Hive y con mucho temor y falta de conocimiento lo hice para esperar a que la moneda subiera, eso pasó hace muchos meses, en aquel entonces compré a un precio de 0,59 desde una exchange externa y obtuve mis Hive en la plataforma, el asunto es que después de eso la moneda se vino abajo por un buen tiempo, yo tenía mucho miedo que los ahorros que tenía con fines médicos para mi hijo se quedarán atrapados allí, recuerdo que con el corazón arrugado una vez vi como el precio llegaba a 0,29 desde allí casi que no quise saber más de mi inversión, me hice la loca como dicen, no quise caer en la desesperación, seguí publicando con fe de que en el algún momento al menos podría recuperar mi inversión, pero Hive subió, la moneda se fortaleció mucho este año, no sólo recupere mi inversión sino que también gané algo y luego de eso mi interés por aprender creció, este año aprendí como funciona el mercado interno de Hive, entendí como las ordenes de compra y venta se pueden hacer y uno puede acostarse a dormir sin estar pendiente de las notificaciones de Coingecko que la mayoría de las veces no me llegaba 😅 . Aprendí mucho, a veces por las malas experiencias y por las perdidas de oportunidades, pero sigo aprendiendo , en este momento siento que lo que aprendí vale mucho más de lo que significa el dinero que perdí o que gané, porque el conocimiento se queda conmigo.

Haciendo crecer la Colmena / Growing the Hive
Mi vida sería muy triste sin Hive, porque como venezolana son pocas las oportunidades que tengo, sobre todo porque en mi ciudad las oportunidades laborales son muy escasas, si me fuera a otro lugar tendría que alejarme de mi hijo y eso sería lo más difícil del mundo para mí, es por eso que valoro mucho la plataforma y las oportunidades que nos brinda, por tal motivo siempre estoy dispuesta a ayudar a cualquier persona que demuestre ser una persona íntegra capaz de tener buen contenido y constancia en la plataforma, esa es mi forma de retribución, este año hice regresar a la Blockchain a punta de regaños a mi querido amigo @ismaelgranados , gracias a el conocí y apoye a @chacald.dcymt quien se ha convertido en una gran amiga, por diversas circunstancias mis amigas de siempre estaban inactivas pero este año regresaron @Tsunsica y @yetsimar y por eso me encargué de mostrarles todos los cambios que ofrecía Hive, mi tío @drhueso se unió y hasta ahora ha tenido un excelente desempeño, igualmente mi primito @adrianmusic02 quien es un chico con un increíble talento , realmente estoy esperando el despegue de mi hermana @mayoly1 y se que pronto logrará aprender más de Hive y por supuesto que desde que empecé siempre he apoyado a mi mamá @yole.

La comunidad @Motherhood es una gran espacio, desde allí trató de compartir los aspectos relacionados con mi hijo y sus vivencias más importantes, este año mi hijo recibió un diagnóstico médico desfavorable con respecto a la enfermedad de su nariz, el tiene 80% de obstrucción nasal y necesita ser intervención quirúrgica, estoy trabajando en eso, he estado buscando presupuesto, llevando informes médicos para tocar algunas puertas, pero de ser posible la operación espero realizarla empezando el año, el asunto que quiero destacar aquí es el importante apoyo emocional que me brindaron desde la comunidad con sus comentarios, al mismo tiempo cuando hice comentario de que estaba haciendo un rifa de amigurumis a beneficio de mi hijo algunas hivers de la comunidad @Needleworkmonday se comunicaron de manera directa por WhatsApp o Instagram para apoyarme comprando un número , yo no hice ningún tipo de anuncio en la plataforma porque no me parecía correcto pero aun así ellas se enteraron y decidieron apoyarme , estas bellas personas solo me conocen por Hive y aun así decidieron colaborar, yo nunca en mi vida me había sentido tan agradecida , porque las personas estamos acostumbrados a que la gente que no es familia o amigos personales no busca ayudar, es decir, hay que tener un gran corazón para ayudar a otro y las personas en Hive me han demostrado que en realidad la Colmena es un buen lugar lleno de personas maravillosas y yo estoy muy agradecida de estar aquí.

Excelente tu post, un gran resumen de este 2021 cargado de tantas emociones, agradecido por enseñarme y presentarme esta increíble plataforma; sabes que gracias a esto he obtenido ingresos extras que me han ayudado a cumplir con proyectos y tener nuevos sueños junto a mi familia, nunca me cansare de agradecerte por siempre estar para aclarar mis dudas y seguir aprendiendo, haces que el mundo de hive sea mucho mas fácil.

Sí que has hecho comunidad aquí, eso ayuda muchísimo. Definitivamente hay mucho que aprender en Hive, uno empieza rasguñando la superficie, aprendiendo a escribir los post y desarrollando esa constancia, pero hay tantas cosas más funcionando, espero que este 2022 sea de mucho crecimiento en esas otras áreas.
