🍊 Torta de Naranja, paso a paso excelente para principiantes 🍊/ 🍊 Orange Cake, step by step excellent for beginners 🍊

Weekdays are usually quite complicated, because of all the daily activities that most of us have to do, and added to all these tasks is to solve the snacks, that's why I prepared this super fluffy and delicious orange cake, with a soft crumb and a golden crust on the outside, with that orange aroma and flavor that takes us out of the routine and turns on all our senses, allowing us to eat something delicious in the middle of the week, together with a coffee in the afternoon has no comparison and surely will help us to deal with the rest of the week.
Oranges are a citrus fruit, therefore an important source of vitamin C, which stimulates the production of white blood cells and helps to strengthen our immune system, this type of fruit is super important for our body, besides being easy to get and extract its juice, I think that the cakes with this type of citrus fruits like orange or lemon are personally one of the tastiest, and are quite fluffy, perfect for decorating with meringue or simply enjoy it like this, I could even say that it is one of the most prepared at home.
In the afternoon twice a week my daughter goes to dance school and therefore must bring a snack so this was my choice for that, quick and easy and she loved it, with a little of the mixture I made a few mini cupcakes, so that it would be easier for her to eat them after her class, so here I share with you this recipe, very great for those who are starting in this world of baking, for sure you will love it and it will help you in the beginning of this wonderful world, as it is excellent when making tall cakes or multi-story cakes, to divide into layers or to fill.
First of all, we will preheat the oven to 180º and we will have a mold of 18cm, previously greased and floured.
With the help of our mixer or with a paddle we cream the margarine with the sugar and the orange zest, until the preparation takes a whitish color. If we prefer, we can add a little essence, but with the orange zest it is quite good.
Add the egg to the mixture and beat well. Then add the orange juice and beat, then add part of the milk.
Next, we incorporate part of the flour, and so alternating with the milk, we integrate first with the paddle or hand mixer, and then with the mixer, we beat for 1 minute and a half maximum to eliminate any lumps. In the previously greased mold, in my case I used a silicone mold, add the mixture and put it in the previously heated oven.
It will cook in approximately 20 minutes. Remember that this varies according to our oven. Do not open the oven during cooking, we will know that our cake is ready because it comes off the walls of the mold and has a golden color, besides its smell is sure to be expanded everywhere. When removing from the oven let it cool and unmold preferably on a wire rack, I usually let it stand overnight. This cupcake mix is also very good and we will get rich orange cupcakes.
