Bombas rellenas de Dulce de leche y Chocolate suaves y doradas /Bombas filled with Dulce de leche and chocolate, soft and golden brown

CantidadIngrediente
2 CucharadasAzúcar
200 gramosHarina
3 cucharadasMargarina
125 MililitrosLeche o Agua tibia
8 gramosLevadura
300 mililitrosAceite para freír las Donas

Paso a paso

The bombs or berlinas are like a combination between a sweet bread and a donut, in my country Venezuela are extremely common to find them in the bakery and are excellent accompaniment to a coffee or a cold drink in the afternoon, that combination between the soft and golden dough and a sweet and creamy filling as in this case the dulce de leche make them simply delicious, besides being very quick and easy to make which allow them to become part of those daily snacks of our home, traditionally these are filled with pastry cream and sprinkled with a little sugar, but this time, I wanted to vary this filling for something sweeter, giving the perfect touch with a soft chocolate ganache.

The days I'm at home I love to make things like these, because I know that everyone likes them, plus they can be saved for the next day without any problem, they are delicious even with just a little powdered sugar, and the softness of the dough, which is fried allows us to play with the flavors of the filling, this type of dough is also excellent for the preparation of donuts, and it looks great to make them in the air fryers which I remembered a little late, almost finished, in conclusion it is one of those sweet temptations that is worth trying and let yourself get involved with its flavor, so here I share this recipe to put it into practice and taste at home, I assure you will love it.

**Mass for pumps or saloons**

QuantityIngredient
2 tablespoonsSugar
200 gramsFlour
3 tablespoonsMargarine
125 MillilitersWarm Milk or Water
8 gramsYeast

Step by step

We start by placing the flour in a bowl in the form of a volcano, adding first the margarine, then the sugar and mix.

Next, add the milk and the yeast, as it is instantaneous I added it directly, the milk must be warm for it to activate, mix a little and move to our work table.

Now we leave our dough in a floured bowl in a dark place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size. We can cover it with a cloth or a dark bag.

After this time has elapsed and our dough has doubled its volume, we proceed to divide it into equal parts of approximately 50 grams each, place them in a tray and leave them in a dark place until they double their size.

Now, we are going to fry them in enough oil at medium heat, until they are golden on both sides. Remove and let them drain in a colander so that they are dry.

Next, we take each of our donuts, open them and with the help of a piping bag, proceed to fill each of our bombs with the filling of our preference, which in this case was dulce de leche.

For the chocolate ganache we melt cup chocolate or couverture chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds and take each bomb and dip it in the chocolate, optionally we can add sweet peanuts, chocolate rain, etc. and let our imagination fly. This is an excellent option for the little ones in the house to help us, I assure you they will enjoy it very much.
