**Biscocho**

CantidadIngrediente
35 gramosAzúcar
35 gramosHarina Todo Uso
1Huevo
1 CucharaditaVainilla

Paso a paso

There are days when we want to eat something tasty at home for a snack and we do not have many ingredients at home to make it, and this type of cake is fabulous for days like those, well aerated, fluffy and besides delicious super fast and easy, with only three ingredients we can have a delicious snack, or a cake to celebrate a holiday, it is very practical to fill and above all to decorate and if we like a little more humid simply with a syrup we solve, it is great for preparation of cake three milk because it absorbs moisture very well, or for mid-afternoon accompany a coffee, it adapts to any occasion and if we prefer chocolates we replace part of the wheat flour for cocoa and that's it.

In this type of cake the star ingredient are the eggs, which allows us to replace the baking powder, because when we mount our egg whites to snow point we introduce air to our preparation, it is important to mention that the cake does not grow much more than the size it acquires when we add it to the mold, to know if it is ready we should not prick it because we can make it sink, and the oven should not be too hot and thus we will have a successful result at the time of baking, it is super economical and fast I assure you that you will love it, so let's go with this easy and delicious recipe for us to try to make at home.

**Cake**

QuantityIngredient
35 gramsSugar
35 gramsAll-purpose flour
1Egg
1 teaspoonfulVanilla

Step by step

First of all, preheat the oven to 180° and grease and flour a 10 cm baking pan.

Beat the egg whites until stiff, and when they begin to stiffen, add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture doubles in size and we reach the letter point (that is to say that the mixture is thick so that when the whisk is lifted it forms drawings on the same mixture), then add the essence and beat for 1 more minute.

Gradually incorporate the flour over the mixture in 2 parts with the sifter to make it easier, in an enveloping way with a paddle until the flour is completely integrated without lumps at the bottom of the bowl. We must do it always towards the same side trying not to lower the volume of the mixture.

After incorporating all our flour, we add it in our previously floured and greased mold, this mixture is quite airy, that is to say that during baking it will not rise much.

It will cook for approximately 20 minutes. Remember that this varies according to your oven. Do not open the oven before the first 30 minutes, we will know if our cake is ready because it comes off the walls of the mold and when you touch it with your fingertips it comes back as a little mattress. When removing from the oven we wait approximately 5 minutes, unmold preferably on a wire rack and let it cool, I usually let it stand overnight.

We can prepare a syrup with 100 milliliters of water and 50 grams of sugar if we want to moisten it, or add condensed milk, coffee or whatever we prefer, I decorated it with Swiss meringue in a simple way because my husband loves cream, This is done by placing the egg whites in a double boiler with twice the amount of sugar white, beat with a whisk, when the sugar lumps are no longer felt we take to the mixer and beat at medium speed until it is cold and forms peaks.

The final result
