Para empezar, daros las gracias por la oportunidad que me dais de poder publicar por aquí esta primera vez, participando en la iniciativa de este mes de Febrero del Amor y de la Amistad😉
Agradezco también a mi amigo Anthony Caggia de @ancnoticias por invitarme a participar en algo que supone un reto para mi que es hablar sobre amor. Esa concepción de amor sentimental en el que todavía muchos creen, pero que a mi parecer, es irreal y que nos afecta negativamente en nuestras relaciones afectivas.
Es esa forma de amar en la que te quiero si me agradas (y en la fase de enamoramiento así pasa). Pero cuando una relación dura en el tiempo, ya nos empiezan a molestar los defectos del otro/a y queremos cambiarlo/a para seguir sintiéndonos bien en la relación. Quédate con quién te quiera libre😍
El seguir creyendo que la otra persona es nuestra media naranja cuando tú ya eres naranja entera. Ámate a ti mismo/a primero y después busca tu complemento perfecto y a la persona que te haga crecer, desarrollarte y con la que tengas buena comunicación y admiración mutua.
No exijas amor, no lo sufras en carne viva, porque el amor sólo se vive y se disfruta sin esperar nada a cambio. Ese es el verdadero amor; el amor incondicional.
Y el mejor ejemplo que puedo encontrar de esto es en la persona que más amo en el mundo y esa eres tú, Elena Fraga; por ser mi amiga, mi confidente, mi pilar e incluso la madre que nunca tuve.

To begin with, thank you for the opportunity you give me to be able to publish here this first time, participating in the initiative of this month of February of Love and Friendship😉
I also thank my friend Anthony Caggia from @ancnoticias for inviting me to participate in something that is a challenge for me, which is to talk about love. That conception of sentimental love in which many still believe, but which, in my opinion, is unreal and which affects us negatively in our affective relationships.
It is that way of loving in which I love you if I like you (and in the infatuation phase that is how it happens). But when a relationship lasts over time, the other's defects begin to bother us and we want to change it to continue feeling good in the relationship. Stay with who wants you free 😍
Going on believing that the other person is our better half when you are already a whole orange. Love yourself first and then look for your perfect complement and the person who makes you grow, develop and with whom you have good communication and mutual admiration.
Do not demand love, do not suffer it raw, because love is only lived and enjoyed without expecting anything in return. That is true love; unconditional love.
And the best example I can find of this is in the person I love the most in the world and that is you, Elena Fraga; for being my friend, my confidant, my pillar and even the mother I never had.
DESCRIBE A ESA PERSONA EN 3 PALABRAS/DESCRIBE THAT PERSON IN 3 WORDS
Reconozco que podría atribuirle muchos adjetivos y todos buenos (recuerda que hablo de amor incondicional)😜pero si tengo muy claro los 3 principales:
Sensible: Se emociona ante las cosas demostrando ternura y compasión. Y esa sensibilidad hace que muchas personas conecten y encuentren inspiración en ella. Eso demuestra su gran trabajo emocional y espiritual porque entiende que ser sensible es cuestión de fortaleza y no de debilidad y eso llega a las personas.
Fuerte: Resiste a cualquier situación, por dura que sea siempre con una sonrisa.
Resiliente: Porque sabe extraerle el aprendizaje a todas las experiencias, incluidos los grandes retos de la vida. Y se mantiene firme y siempre sigue adelante, ante cualquier adversidad.
Y no es para menos porque su historia es una historia de superación y de salir victoriosa frente a la adversidad.
Después de ser diagnosticada de cáncer de mama y superar nueve cirugías en un año, quedándose en cama y renunciando a una franquicia de tiendas de ropa en USA que ella misma había creado con éxito y con todo el esfuerzo, desde cero.
Haciendo frente a las demandas que le interpusieron por incumplimiento de contrato al caer enferma y reclamarle deudas millonarias.
Ella mientras tanto, recuperándose en su casa y pasando más tiempo con su hijo (que en realidad era su sueño y no andar trabajando y viajando de acá para allá). Y además de todo lo que le llovía encima, empezó a aprender marketing digital sin ningún conocimiento y desde cero para ganar dinero desde su hogar. Convirtiéndose así, en referente mundial en cuanto al desarrollo de negocios online.
I admit that I could attribute many adjectives to it and all of them are good (remember that I am talking about unconditional love)😜 but I am very clear about the 3 main ones:
Sensitive: Gets excited about things showing tenderness and compassion. And that sensitivity makes many people connect and find inspiration in it. This shows his great emotional and spiritual work because he understands that being sensitive is a matter of strength and not weakness and that reaches people.
Strong: Resist any situation, however hard it may be, always with a smile.
Resilient: Because he knows how to extract learning from all experiences, including the great challenges of life. And he stands firm and always moves forward, in the face of any adversity.
And it is not for less because her story is a story of overcoming and being victorious in the face of adversity.
After being diagnosed with breast cancer and undergoing nine surgeries in one year, staying in bed and giving up a franchise of clothing stores in the USA that she had successfully created with all her efforts, from scratch.
Facing the million-dollar lawsuits that were filed for breach of contract when she fell ill and claimed million-dollar debts.
She, meanwhile, recovering at home and spending more time with her son (which was actually her dream and not working and traveling from here to there). And in addition to everything that rained on him, start learning digital marketing without any knowledge and from scratch to earn money from home. Thus becoming a world reference in terms of online business development.
¿CÓMO SE CONOCIERON?/HOW DID YOU MEET?
Nos conocimos allá por finales de enero de 2014. En ese tiempo inicié un negocio dentro del marketing de afiliados (vendiendo productos digitales de otras personas) en la empresa Empower Network y ella era una de las top líder en ingresos dentro de ese proyecto y hacía las asesorías de plan de acción para toda su línea descendente.
Fue cuando tuve mi llamada de estrategia con ella cuando tuvimos nuestro primer contacto por videoconferencia en la que solamente escuchaba su voz.
Pero me impactó mucho la forma en la que me habló, y sobre todo refiriéndose a algo mío muy personal.
¡Nadie me habló de eso jamás y sobre todo con tanta sensibilidad!
Eso ya dejó una profunda huella en mi.
We met back in late January 2014. At that time I started an affiliate marketing business (selling other people's digital products) at the Empower Network company and she was one of the top revenue leaders within that project and did action plan coaching for your entire downline.
It was when I had my strategy call with her that we had our first contact by videoconference in which I only heard her voice.
But I was very impressed by the way he spoke to me, and especially referring to something very personal about my health issues that I was going through and being able to generate income to pay for medical treatments.
No one ever spoke to me about it and above all with such sensitivity!
That already left a deep mark on me.

¿CUÁLES FUERON TUS PRIMERAS IMPRESIONES AL VER POR PRIMERA VEZ A ESA PERSONA?/ WHAT WERE YOUR FIRST IMPRESSIONS WHEN YOU SAW THAT PERSON FOR THE FIRST TIME?
Tuvimos que esperar un año y 4 meses más aproximadamente (en abril de 2015) cuando viajé a Miami a un Mastermind que ella impartía sobre marketing digital. Y ahí si ya nos pusimos cara😀
Y de primeras lo que más me gustó es que sin prácticamente conocernos nos dimos uno de esos abrazos “apapachadores” que diría yo. Esos en los que sientes que la persona te arropa de forma sincera y no te quieres despegar. ¡Me gustan las personas que saben dar buenos abrazos!
Después de eso me chocó bastante su timidez😮 porque siempre la veía haciendo presentaciones de negocio online o entrenamientos diarios para todo el equipo y no pensé que fuera así de tímida (aunque ella misma lo advertía más de una vez).
Lo siguiente fue, que me di cuenta de que era una buena persona y que le encantan las cosas simples (al contrario que a mi que muchas veces me complico la vida más de la cuenta)🫢.¡ Por algo se hace llamar la reina de la simplicidad!
Sentí que entre nosotras había una buena conexión, aunque no nos dió tiempo a conversar muy en profundidad porque el tiempo era limitado y había varias personas también en ese entrenamiento.
Pero creo que nuestra relación se reforzó mucho más con el paso de los años pero eso sí a distancia.

After that I was quite shocked by her shyness😮 because I always saw her doing online business presentations or daily training for the whole team and I didn't think she was that shy (although she herself warned it more than once).
The next thing was that I realized that she was a good person and that she loves simple things (unlike me, who often makes my life more complicated than necessary) . There's a reason she calls herself the queen of the simplicity!
I felt that there was a good connection between us, although we did not have time to talk very in depth because time was limited and there were several people also in that training.
But I think our relationship was strengthened much more over the years, but that was from a distance.
¿UNA ANÉCDOTA QUE RECUERDES ENTRE AMBAS?/ AN ANECDOTE YOU REMEMBER BETWEEN THE TWO OF?
Recuerdo que en una de sus retransmisiones Elena usó la palabra “anormal” y yo fue escuchar esa palabra y me encendí de forma automática (si, como una bombilla)🫢. En ese mismo momento le escribí muy ofendida y le dije: “Elena, no esperaba esto de ti…pero…¿Cómo pudiste decir “anormal” ? (en España anormal es un insulto). Ella me aclaró que en Venezuela no lo es. Y desde entonces, siempre que usa la palabra “anormal” dice: “anormal pero en venezolano”. Porque ella es venezolana pero afincada en USA desde hace ya varios años.
I remember that in one of her broadcasts Elena used the word "abnormal" and I went to hear that word and I turned on automatically (yes, like a light bulb)🫢 . At that very moment, I wrote to her, very offended, and I told her: “Elena, I didn't expect this from you…but…how could you say “abnormal”? (in Spain abnormal is an insult). She clarified that in Venezuela it is not. And since then, whenever he uses the word "abnormal" he says: "abnormal but in Venezuelan." Because she is Venezuelan but settled in the USA for several years now.
¿QUÉ REGALOS LE GUSTARÍA RECIBIR A ESA PERSONA Y QUE REGALOS TE GUSTARÍA RECIBIR A TI?/WHAT GIFTS WOULD THAT PERSON LIKE TO RECEIVE AND WHAT GIFTS WOULD YOU LIKE TO RECEIVE?
Elena es una mujer que no le gusta exhibirse y tampoco necesita vivir de las apariencias porque tiene un mundo interior muy rico. Por eso es una persona que valora las pequeñas cosas y estoy segura que disfruta de una buena compañía y una buena conversación. ¡Y también que le hagan reir!
El tema de la buena conversación creo que en la distancia se complica un poco más pero hago lo posible y en cuanto a hacerla reir, eso con ella no me cuesta trabajo y disfruto mucho haciéndolo.
En cuanto al regalo que me gustaría recibir por parte de ella, sólo quiero verla feliz. Esté yo cerca o lejos pero que sea inmensamente feliz tal y como ella decida. Nada más.
Elena is a woman who doesn't like to show off and doesn't need to live by appearances either because she has a very rich inner world. That's why he is a person who values little things and I'm sure he enjoys good company and good conversation. And also that they make you laugh!
The issue of good conversation I think that in the distance it becomes a bit more complicated but I do my best and in terms of making her laugh, that with her is not hard for me and I really enjoy doing it.
As for the gift that I would like to receive from her, I just want to see her happy. Whether I am near or far, but may she be immensely happy as she decides. Nothing else.

¿CUAN IMPORTANTE ES PARA TI HABER CONOCIDO A ESA PERSONA?/ HOW IMPORTANT IS IT TO YOU TO HAVE MET THAT PERSON?
Para mi ha sido importantísimo conocer a Elena porque fue la primera persona que confió en mí, en mis capacidades y en todo lo que soy capaz de lograr. El tener una persona de tu absoluta confianza que jamás dude de tu valía y de todo lo que puedes llegar a conseguir es imprescindible para hacer realidad cualquier cosa que te propongas.
Porque todos tenemos momentos de flaqueza o debilidad y el apoyo de una persona como ella es vital para resurgir de nuevo con más fuerza.
Y porque gracias a ella me he dado cuenta que detrás de un mundo superficial, de hipocresía, egoísmo, envidias y malos sentimientos existen personas sinceras, amorosas, inspiradoras, fuertes, determinadas y valientes y que juntas pueden ser el cambio en el mundo. Eso que muchos esperan pero que no logran por diferentes razones.

Having a person you absolutely trust who never doubts your worth and everything you can achieve is essential to make anything you set your mind to come true.

And because thanks to her I have realized that behind a superficial world of hypocrisy, selfishness, envy and bad feelings there are sincere, loving, inspiring, strong, determined and courageous people and that together they can be the change in the world. That which many expect but do not achieve for different reasons.
¿QUÉ ADMIRAS DE ESA PERSONA?/WHAT DO YOU ADMIRE ABOUT THAT PERSON?
Para empezar la admiro porque es un ser de luz y eso no se puede decir muy a menudo. Es ese tipo de persona con la que sientes una buenísima energía que transmite de dentro hacia afuera. Por eso decía antes que lleva hecho mucho trabajo interno, tanto a nivel emocional como espiritual y eso se siente cuando estás cerca de ella. Y eso mismo sentí cuando nos vimos por primera vez en esa sala de hotel. Yo enfadada al máximo por muchas cosas desagradables que pasaron, antes de llegar allí y ella nada más verme consiguió cambiar eso de inmediato.
Admiro también su fortaleza y resiliencia que le han permitido sobrepasar altos niveles de adversidad y lograr grandes resultados, eso no es muy común.
También su sensibilidad y sencillez que la hace parecer más terrenal (aunque considere que está a un nivel energético más elevado que muchos de nosotros).
¿Qué más puedo decir? La admiro a ella🥰 ¡Eso es amor incondicional!
