The education system needs a change

Education is known as the background of a nation and how a country will perform in the future depends on the education system of it. I am going to discuss the education system of my country. So let's start.

Currently, I am a student of a University and this year I will finish my graduation. I am studying in a top university and naturally, I am lucky to receive the best facility in case of practical knowledge. The prosperity of a country mostly depends on the given practical knowledge to the student rather than theoretical knowledge. I am not ignoring the importance of theoretical knowledge but practical knowledge is more important compared to theoretical knowledge. Practical knowledge can be helpful to make a person self-dependent and a self-dependent person can make a huge contribution to the prosperity of a country. It is unfortunate that except for some top public Universities and some top private Universities, most of University students are not receiving practical knowledge, and our education system is mostly theory-based. So only some top University students receive the well practical knowledge where most of the students of other universities do not receive the facilities which is not good for the country.

In the case of schools and colleges, the education system is kind of blind because, in the school and college level, a good student is justified by the memorizing power. Moreover, most of the lesson of books can make a student bored easily which makes students uninterested but students read those books and try to memorize every topic because of exam. This is also a reason for what most of the students of my country drop out from study in the middle. Most of the topics of books have nothing to do with our real life and I think there exist some rare topics which we may need in our entire life. So most of the lessons we learn for many years are just for nothing except for achieving a degree and certificate as a good grade and certificate can maximize the possibility to get a good job facility. But when it comes to jobs they require skills from an employee and it's quite natural. This also creates an unemployment problem and most of the graduate students remain unemployed for a long time. Some students lose hope and try to do something illegal to make money and they become an obstacle to the development of a country where they could be an asset to the country. At some point they are reasonable but I think our education system is more reasonable for it.

So our education system needed a change and the lessons of study should need to be practical knowledge-based. 2 years ago and new system started from the junior school level. In that system, there are no exams except some group assignments. In the system, it focuses highly on household work like cleanliness, cooking, etc. etc which is ridiculous because students aren't doing any kind of study and it's a kind of system which makes students idle. The lesson the school trying to teach can learned without going to school. Then why one would go to school to learn such kind of thing paying school fees? The current system is one enough to destroy the future of students. I don't know why the government took such kind of steps. Most of the people are criticizing about the system I am protesting against it. I just hope that the system will change again but it has already given some damage to those who are going through the system.

The past education system was not good but the current system is the worst. Sometimes I feel lugging because I am not part of the current education system.
