10 000 hours of repetition and one becomes an expert. Or rather only after that one could be an expert, not automatically. But then there are the road blocks. You think you can but you can't because something is blocking your way. This, I think was both. A block and lack of repetition. I have something like eight hours of repetition. 😁 Only 9 992 hours left of drawing.
But I think the only thing one can say to one self in this situation is: there, there.

There there. I like that! Yes, that 10 000 number right. It is a crazy amount of time. We tried that number in golf, we practiced 5 hours a day for a couple of years, and I have to say it kind of works. Now, I practice almost nothing and still play at almost the same level.
But in terms of art, nope the clock goes back to zero haha. At least for me. I need to practice my art again. My 10 000 is still there, you are 8 hours up on me.
