Amigurumi - Personajes argentinos #1: Gonza, Gauchito
¡Hola, espero la estén pasando muy bien!
Hi, I hope you are having a great time!
As I told you in the last post, I love the idea of knitting characters related to Peruvian culture and other countries. So I couldn't let this opportunity pass me by, haha.
There are several designs that make up this #raicesargentinasCAL lime (that's how you can find it in the networks). I chose to knit "Gonza, gauchito" by the designer bhindi.crochet . When I knitted it I felt that it has an easy level and it's fast. I only had difficulty knitting the waistcoat, there I had to improvise, haha.
For the hair part I did read it twice because at the beginning I did several locks around the head, then I saw the step by step photos and there were only two locks and you can imagine what happened (to unweave). The eyebrows do have my style.
The truth is, I don't know much about this character, I only know that the term "gaucho" is said to those who are from Argentina, as well as "cholitos" in Peru. True, I also didn't put a mouth on him, because I love to keep part of the original style of the amigurumi.
¡Y eso es todo!
¡…Hasta la próxima!
See you next time!

Thank you very much. I rarely knit small amigurumi from other designers, haha. That was one of the reasons why I signed up for this challenge. Keep up the good vibes!.
She's so cute! I love it.
I think it's a man, haha...(I definitely need to work more on expressions). He's wearing a typical Argentinian costume. Keep the good vibes going!.
