¿Cuántas veces probamos algo diferente para cambiar nuestra historia? [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos, siempre es grato escribir por acá y poder siempre tener un pensamiento o una reflexión a lo que es este #encuentrodetalentos. Para mí, pensar en una historia diferente me lleva a todos esos momentos donde la frase "pudo ser y no pudo" se hace más que presente; es justo donde incluso puedo llegar a pasar horas pensando y analizando, y ojo, no porque quiera vivir del pasado o por arrepentimiento, sino simplemente por indagar en retrospectiva. No les miento, a veces siento nostalgia de saber o darme cuenta de momentos perdidos por elegir algo distinto y pensar en historias donde el camino sería otro, tal vez uno más arriesgado pero más divertido, y en algunos momentos donde sabemos que dejamos ir.

Y claro, la cosa es que no solo pensar en una historia diferente con respecto al pasado, sino en cómo incluso desde nuestras acciones en el presente podemos hacerlo efectivo en el futuro cuando nos encaramos a nosotros mismos y cambiamos nuestro rumbo, ya sea para mejor o simplemente para vivir y aprender, porque si no, necesariamente buscamos un rumbo para sanar, sino para que la historia nos enseñe a sonreír o estar libres por un rato, porque es algo que todos queremos, no porque sintamos que estamos en una historia mala o algo así, sino por ese deseo de explorar.

Incluso hablando de deseos, hay quienes buscan esa historia diferente con el objetivo de no repetir ya sea experiencias propias o cercanas, no por mal, sino por esa interrogante de "¿qué sería si?", ya saben el atreverse a romper lo lineal, y en mi caso también es una de esas cosas que pienso con respecto a una historia diferente, hacer un camino con lo aprendido y los recuerdos, pero con un destino distinto a lo que todos buscan en mi entorno ,y algo que impulsa eso es justamente esa retrospectiva que les comentaba: a veces ver pasado, presente y pensar en futuro puede hacernos entender por qué queremos lo que queremos y qué diferente y propio queremos para nosotros en nuestra historia, porque una historia diferente es justamente para hacer algo propio y único para nosotros.

Podríamos decir que tener o no una historia diferente está en qué tanto movamos los rieles por donde nuestro tren pasa (si lo queremos ver de alguna manera) y justamente es donde, al mover esos elementos, el resultado es justamente único. Ver el resultado cuando decidimos cambiar la historia y ver en lo que se encamina muchas veces es una sensación única, y es que no está mal hacerlo una, dos o las veces que sea; la historia de nosotros mismos irá cambiando y amoldándose hasta que la diferencia en esta sea justamente lo que siempre esperemos y genere la satisfacción necesaria para saber que es la correcta y la que necesitamos tener.

Constantemente pienso y busco maneras de cambiar mi historia, y no porque esté inconforme, sino porque busco que en cada cambio la diferencia traiga ese elemento que vaya complementando y formando lo que me hace falta, así que bueno. Espero poder, como cada semana, haberme dado a entender con esta visión o reflexión sobre el tema propuesto por @talentos para esta semana, por lo que, sin más, gracias por su atención y por leer este post.

For me, thinking about a different story brings back all those moments where the phrase "it could have been, but it wasn't" is more than present; it's precisely where I can even spend hours thinking and analyzing, and mind you, not because I want to dwell on the past or because of regret, but simply to delve into retrospectively. I won't lie, sometimes I feel nostalgic knowing or realizing about moments lost by choosing something different, and thinking about stories where the path would have been different, perhaps riskier but more fun, and in some moments where we know we let go.

And of course, the point is not just to think about a different story compared to the past, but how even our actions in the present can make it effective in the future when we confront ourselves and change our course, whether for the better or simply to live and learn. Because otherwise, we're not necessarily looking for a path to heal, but rather for history to teach us to smile or be free for a while, because that's something we all want, not because we feel we're in a bad story or anything like that, but because of that desire to explore.

Even when talking about desires, there are those who seek a different story with the goal of not repeating their own or those of others, not out of malice, but because of that question of "what if?" You know, daring to break free from the linear. And in my case, it's also one of those things I think about regarding a different story: forging a path with what I've learned and my memories, but with a destination different from what everyone around me is seeking. And something that drives this is precisely that retrospective I mentioned: sometimes looking at the past, the present, and thinking about the future can help us understand why we want what we want and what we want to be different and unique in our story, because a different story is precisely about creating something personal and unique for ourselves.

We could say that having a different story or not depends on how much we shift the tracks on which our train travels (if we want to see it that way), and it's precisely by shifting those elements that the result becomes truly unique. Seeing the results when we decide to change our story and witnessing where it leads is often a unique feeling. And it's not wrong to do it once, twice, or as many times as necessary; our own story will change and adapt until the difference is precisely what we've always hoped for and generates the necessary satisfaction of knowing it's the right one, the one we need.

I constantly think about and look for ways to change my story, not because I'm dissatisfied, but because I seek to ensure that each change brings that element that complements and shapes what I'm missing.
