My Actifit Report Card: January 26 2022
Breakfast was scrambled eggs and cheese with toast. I got my wife off to work and started work on my eBay inventory. Lot of moving of containers and items. Later on in the morning I ran the garbage down to the curb.
Lunch was a grilled cheese sandwich with chips. After, I watched more YouTube videos on nfts and worked on my crypto investments.
My wife came home and we grabbed the laundry to take to the laundromat. While the wash was drying we went grocery shopping. It was a big shop, bread and sandwich fixings, sauces and a mustard, pasta and veggies. After we took the clothes from the dryer we also stopped at Walmart to check for cases of our favorite water, Poland Springs. Haven’t seen any for several weeks.
Dinner was scrambled eggs and ham and greens with melted cheese. We had them on take and bake ciabatta rolls. Then we watched a couple episodes of Supernatural. Then we switched to Kung Fu Panda. After that it was bedtime. Anyway, thanks for reading.
