Maravilloso y bendecido fin de semana, un gusto compartir una vez más con ustedes, en esta oportunidad les muestro como preparar una fácil ensalada de papas y vainitas ideal para acompañar la proteína de su preferencia, está ensalada es rápida de preparar además es muy nutritiva yo acompañe con pollo y plátano sancochado como una opción para un plato saludable.

  • 4 papas
  • 150 gramos de vainitas
  • 1 cebolla pequeña
  • Una ramita de cilantro
  • 600 gramos de pollo
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Orégano
  • Mayonesa
  • Mostaza
  • Miel
  • Ajo en polvo
  • 4 potatoes
  • 150 grams of vanitas
  • 1 small onion
  • A sprig of coriander
  • 600 grams of chicken
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oregano
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Honey
  • Garlic powder

Para preparar esta ensalada lo primero que hago es lavar las papas y las vainitas y las corto en cuadros y en una olla con agua pongo a cocinar primero las vainitas al transcurrir 10 minutos coloco las papas y al ablandar, retiro del fuego escurrimos y dejamos enfriar y la colocamos en un bol les agregamos cebolla picadita y cilantro.

To prepare this salad the first thing I do is wash the potatoes and beans and cut them into squares and in a pot with water I put to cook first the beans after 10 minutes I put the potatoes and when they soften, I remove from heat, drain and let cool and put them in a bowl and add chopped onion and cilantro.



Luego procedemos a aderezar con mayonesa, mostaza, sal y miel al gusto mezclamos y lista la ensalada.

Then we proceed to dress with mayonnaise, mustard, salt and honey to taste, mix and the salad is ready.



Para preparar el pollo lo lavamos y aderezamos con sal, ajo en polvo, pimienta, orégano y un toque de mostaza mezclamos y dejamos reposar para que se impregne en sabor.

To prepare the chicken, we wash it and season it with salt, garlic powder, pepper, oregano and a touch of mustard, mix and let it rest to soak in the flavor.



En un sarten colocamos un chorrito de aceite y ponemos el pollo a cocinar doramos por ambos lados.

In a frying pan put a little oil and put the chicken to cook and brown on both sides.



Lista la ensalada y el pollo servimos acompañado de plátano sancochado y disfrutamos de este delicioso almuerzo, esta fácil y nutritiva ensalada como les comenté anteriormente la pueden acompañar con la proteína de su preferencia.
