Feliz y bendecido día, agradecida de volver a estar nuevamente con ustedes, hoy les comparto una preparación de carne de res con cebolla, pimentón y berenjena, es una receta rápida y fácil de realizar además, es un plato completo ya que contiene proteínas y vegetales que aportan nutrientes vitaminas y minerales para el buen funcionamiento de nuestro organismo.

  • 500 gramos de carne de res picada en cubos
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 pimentón verde
  • 1/2 pimentón rojo
  • 1 berenjena
  • Salsa de ajo
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 2 cucharadas de salsa barbecue
  • 500 grams of diced beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1 eggplant
  • Garlic sauce

  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

Lo primero que hago es aderezar la carne picada en cubos con sal, pimienta y salsa de ajo la dejo macerar, luego lavo los vegetales, pico y pelo la berenjena la dejo en agua de sal por unos minutos para quitarle el amargor, pico la cebolla y los pimentones en Juliana.

The first thing I do is to season the diced minced meat with salt, pepper and garlic sauce and let it macerate, then I wash the vegetables, peel and chop the eggplant and let it soak in salt water for a few minutes to remove the bitterness, I chop the onion and peppers in Julienne.



En un sartén caliente con un poco de aceite colocamos la carne y sellamos, luego agregamos la berenjena picada en cubitos y cocinamos.

In a hot frying pan with a little oil, place the meat and seal it, then add the diced eggplant and cook.



Cuando la berenjena marchite le agregamos la cebolla sofreímos un poco, luego le colocamos el pimentón minutos después, le añadimos la salsa barbecue, rectificamos de sal mezclamos y cocinamos por unos minutos.

When the eggplant wilts, add the onion, fry a little, then add the paprika, minutes later, add the barbecue sauce, add salt, mix and cook for a few minutes.



Lista nuestra carne, la podemos disfrutar con el contorno de nuestra preferencia.
