Bendecido día, un placer compartir nuevamente con ustedes, esta vez les traigo una receta fácil de preparar se trata de unos huevos con salchichas de pollo, nada mejor que empezar el día con un desayuno tan nutritivo como el huevo, como ya sabemos el huevo es un alimento muy completo ya que tiene un alto contenido de proteínas, además de vitaminas y minerales y lo podemos consumir tanto en el desayuno, almuerzo o cena.

• 2 huevos
• 2 salchichas de pollo
• 1 cebolla
• Aceite de oliva
• Sal, pimienta y orégano al gusto

Preparación // Preparation:

Lo primero que hago es preparar los ingredientes a utilizar para facilitar el trabajo, para ello lavo y pico la cebolla en Juliana y la salchicha le quito el plástico que las recubre y la pico en rueditas.

The first thing I do is to prepare the ingredients to be used to facilitate the work, for this I wash and chop the onion in Julienne and the sausage I remove the plastic that covers them and I chop it into small wheels.

En un bol coloco los huevos y le añado sal, pimienta y orégano y bato con la ayuda de un tenedor.

In a bowl I place the eggs and add salt, pepper and oregano and beat with the help of a fork.

En un sartén de teflón coloco un chorrito de aceite de oliva y agrego la cebolla, cuando la cebolla marchite, incorporo las salchichas, al dorar le agregó el huevo batido y lo revuelvo y cocinamos hasta que cuaje.

In a Teflon frying pan I put a drizzle of olive oil and add the onion, when the onion wilts, I add the sausages, when browned I add the beaten egg and stir it and cook until it sets.

Ya listo nuestros huevos lo podemos acompañar con pan, casabe o arepas yo esta vez lo acompañe con unas deliciosas arepas.
