You will never walk alone!

In last night's match Liverpool lost 1-0 to Real Madrid and lost the Champions League final. The week before, Manchester City were crowned Premier League champions. So Liverpool lost two trophies in one week. Liverpool is one of the teams I support in Europe. So I felt I had to rebuild Liverpool and give them the trophies they deserve. Liverpool's squad in Fifa 22 is really good. We only need 1 stopper and 1 top midfielder, but I want to change the midfield duo, because with a more dynamic and younger midfield we can be more successful in long marathons. These are my first transfers:

First I wanted to sign Dias but that would have weakened M. City and would have been unrealistic. At the end of the season you will see that I regret it🤣

Our Champions League group was a bit difficult and we finished 2nd in the group.

The team we were matched with was a bit strong for the round of 16. Paris Saint-Germain with Messi Mbappe Neymar. On top of that we lost the first match 0-3 at home. I was already in despair but obviously my team was thinking the opposite. We won 0-6 away and it was the most humiliating win I've ever had in a Fifa simulation.

Our opponent in the quarter-finals was Chelsea, an English team like us. We beat them 2-1 1-2 both home and away.

Our opponent in the semi-final was Borussia Dortmund, a team I didn't expect to see there. In the first match they showed us why they were there and we drew 1-1 away. In the second match Bellingham seemed to take revenge. As you can see in the stats, we dominated the match.

Just like last night, we were in the final. We had one chance! Win this game. It was like someone was whispering Liverpool's unique anthem "You'll never walk alone" in my ear. Our opponent was Manchester City, our biggest rival in recent years. In the 27th minute we took the lead with Robertson. In the 36th minute we had an unlucky moment and Bellingham, who had led us to the final, was red carded. We never stopped fighting until the end of the match and we won 1-0. With the Champions League trophy, the anthem in my ears grew louder 🏆

Although we did not perform well in the Premier League, Guardiola's City became champions with an incredible performance. We scored more goals than them but conceded more goals.Now you can see why I regret the Dias transfer 😅

In the FA Cup, something very interesting happened. Our opponent in the final was Luton Town from a lower league and we lost 😞
