Silent blog from war zone: about to finish my illustration

Hi, guys!

So, another day again.

Maybe because I gradually began to adapt to the situation, but rather because my psychiatrist changed my treatment regimen, I began to get better, and now I already feel the strength in myself to work. Today I will even show an almost finished illustration, it only takes one evening to work on it, and I will complete it.

It was relatively quiet in the city yesterday, with only two air raid alerts. We are still in place, but perhaps in the near future, perhaps we will still go further. We can't decide on this at all. The other day I ordered more markers for work, but they got stuck somewhere along the way, and now I don’t know when they will arrive. Our mail service allows forwarding in case we leave by then, but I hope to wait for them here.

My mother is still in the blockade zone near Kiev, and literally just now I received information that humanitarian aid was not allowed to reach them. I have no words, only swear words. How is that possible? These freaks do not gain anything from this, it's just a village near Kiev, which does not even have any strategic significance, and the most ordinary people remained there, who did not leave for various reasons. Someone could not leave the animals, like my mother, for example, someone because of age or illness, and someone simply has nowhere to go. And don't skip their food?

I have long since run out of words to describe what is happening. In Ukraine, Russians have not been called Russians for a long time, only fascists, and in fact this is putting it mildly. I keep hoping that this nightmare will end. And I hope it happens as soon as possible.
