New tricks on pole dancing

Today I want to share a little about the sporting events in my life.
I recently had to make a very difficult decision. I did aerial gymnastics for several years, but during one of the training sessions I very unsuccessfully fell from a height of four meters, tore my shoulder and for a very long time could not train at all. This event left a serious imprint on me - now I am very scared to do half of the elements, and I cannot cope with this feeling. Accordingly, aerial gymnastics has practically lost its relevance for me, and recently I decided to at least temporarily interrupt my classes.
Instead, I doubled my pole workouts, and little by little things started to work out for me. In addition, the pole hall is much closer to my home, which gives me additional convenience.
Of course, I’m very sorry to continue without aerial gymnastics, but apparently now is not the time or place for these classes :(
