Drawing study copy

Hi, guys!

Today I want to share another practical task that I regularly do at the request of my drawing teacher, namely, copying other artists in order to better understand how they do what they do, and for teaching purposes.

Before creating my own characters, I decided to train my hand well on existing ones. You can just as easily copy the emotions of cartoon characters (Pixar is especially good at this), or even try to copy movie characters, paying attention to their characteristic facial features and turning them into comic book characters. I haven’t gotten to the latter yet, I’m still afraid to try it, but from a copy of a cartoon, where another artist has already identified all the characteristic features, it’s easier, and I’m now doing such practices.

Here's what I drew today:

The drawing is beautiful. It's is good that you are training yourself on existence ones, at least practice makes perfect.
